I just picked one up for my Deathwatch Army this weekend, he's gonna look awesome with a Redemptor Dreadnought at each side and him turning them into mobile shooting towers blasting enemies down range
Great addition to the Deathwatch series....one question though: is there any indication from which Chapter Orwell Dolmenz (?) has been seconded to the DW?
"A Techmarine who wins sufficient renown may eventually be raised to the honoured rank of Forge Master". I'm guessing this is also what the video is referring to. Besides that, it's very well explained in this video. Nice to see content that isn't just purely copy/pasted, kudos to you good sir. wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Deathwatch_Forge_Master
I love the intro and outro music, as well as the content! It sets the tone and compliments the themes you are currently covering! Well Done. Thank you for keeping me interested in a popular genre. I can tell who has done their homework. Out-Here.
Are there iron fathers (iron hand techmarine chaplains) in deathwatch? (The Iron Fathers are schooled in the mysteries of the Machine Cult to a far greater degree than the Techmarines of most other Chapters.)
Well, they are somewhere in between, so to speak. First, Techmarines do care a lot about the "rules" and traditions of the Mechanicus but I doubt they believe in the Omnissiah as a god any more than they believe the Emperor is a god. Of course, there are exceptions on both sides. There are probably some very passionate techmarines who believe in the Omnissiah very much. There's also whole chapters who believe the Emperor is indeed divine and are, thus, very close to the Ecclesiarchy. The majority of space marines and chapters do not, however. Lastly, for the most part, space marines are outside of the jurisdiction of the Ecclesiarchy, so they cannot be condemned as heretics for something so minor as being more faithful in the Omnissiah than most.

Yes there are. Iron Father and Master of the Forge Xerill is serving with the Deathwatch. There are probably others from Iron Hands successors too.
Deathwatch of krieg I know they are not from krieg but they fit the part
I’m like a deathwatch always vigilant for your video to comment 1st to comment 1st
First to be seconded away from your chapter forever :(
Great stuff. Thanks.
You're welcome.
Do techmarines believe in the omnissiah like the adeptus mechanicus ? Wouldn’t that make them heretics in front of the ecclisiarchy ?

Sadly ( and ironically) there are no rules for the techmarine in the codex.
