Breathwork Meditation During Menstruation
Вставка
- Опубліковано 1 жов 2024
- Your menstrual cycle is a sacred time to slow down, honor your body and go inward with gentle and calming breathing exercises.
In this breathwork meditation, we practice 3 step yogic breathing while laying in supta baddha konasana or reclined butterfly pose, opening the hips to shed tension, welcome healing energy and promote greater relaxation.
Grab two pillows, cleanse your space and let's go inward! 🙏🏽
(For this session, it's best not to use headphones)
