F15e is the dual seater ground attack version of the f15, commonly known as the strike eagle. The difference to the others is that it is more oriented towards a CAS role with a very high payload capacity

Firstly the F15C is a single seater whereas the E requires a rio (two seats). The F-15C is an air superiority fighter so basically it shoots planes down. The F15Eis an all-weather, long range attack aircraft so can shoot aircraft down as well as ground attack. That’s the simplest explanation. Also the F15 can go much faster than Mach 1. Also the eurofighter is over 500km/h slower than the F15 in real life. The game is broken

F15C/D is a pure Air Superiority fighter, that entered service in the 70s(C is a single seat and D is a 2 seat training version). The F15E was developed from the F15D to compete with the F16XL in a USAF Tender for a Fighter to replace the F111, the F15E was chosen. It's a multirole fighter, unlike the C model that's pure air to air, and has a much upgraded avionics and the rear seat houses a weapon systems officer to help out in intense air to ground engagements. E model is nicknamed 'Mudhen' for it's ability to carry a lot of air to ground weapons. Long paragraph, I know, I couldn't resist.

F15C and F15E's differences are probably the tuned engine and the F15E has 2 attached pods under its fuselage makes its eyes sharp in combat against enemy fighters. The F15C is the stock version of the F15E. The F15E can carry 12 bombs and 2 sidewinders making it a multirole while the C is a fighter.

The F-15C in real life can go Mach 2.5+, so the flight simulator has a limit, not the plane.

*Fun fact: The F-15E strike eagle is the 8th fastest plane in the world with a speed of Mach 2.44(3017 km/h) which is faster than nearly every fighter jets and planes including the F-22 raptor, F-35 lightning II, The F/A-18 super hornet, The F-16 fighting falcon and the famous Russian Mig-31 with it's top speed of Mach 2.42(3000 km/h). And that F-15E strike eagle was built in 1988 by McDonnell Douglas (now Boeing). What an amazing feet of engineering!*

You say it couldn’t *even* intercept Concorde. To be fair, there aren’t many fighters/interceptors as fast as Concorde and the only aircraft I can think of off the top of my head which could sustain or beat Concorde’s cruise speed for any reasonable length of time is the SR-71.
Concorde was a seriously rapid jet, every fighter would have difficulty intercepting it without early warning.

You were able to do the same normally, going up 50 thousand feet in the air with any type of fighter jet (did with the top Mach F-22), go active pause and just absolutely overload every weight and fuel settings, and wait until the aircraft stops at a particular speed, i went from flying mach 2 to flying Mach 12.57 while slowly pitching down to the ground. Sadly they patched this tho
F-15C is a single seat air superiority fighter, while the F-15E Is a Twin Seat, All Weather Strike Fighter, with higher G sustainability, increased payload, more powerful engines and the addition of a more powerful radar and conformal fuel tanks. It also has ground attack capabilities.

The F-15 E is the Strike eagle it has two crew to be able to launch JDAMS the F-15 C is the Air superiority fighter variant
The E is the strike eagle and it has 2 crew and is designed for multirole. The C is the normal fighter variant. The flight model for the C is inaccurate as it is supposed to be able to go to Mach 2.5 at high altidtuds.
F15c is a pure air superiority fighter
F15e is a strike version but can be uses in dogfights

The difference between the C and the E is that the F-15C only carries Air-to-Air weapons, and the F-15E can carry Air-to-Ground weapons.

Afaik there is no Supersonic Flightdynamik simulated. Should come with next Update.
also the F-15C mod limited it to match 1 for sim stability by the way. They have found a way to do mach 2 flight though....as they're making a concorde
