i think youre mixing up the car involved. The blue car thats parked at an angle is mine (i had to get a bunch of stuff out of my trunk so I parked as close to my door as I could). The car in the street is the neighbors car.
One house next door is the college kids and about once a year either Spring Break or start of summer they have a party and there are cars all along the street.. Invaritably one or two cars end up blocking my driveway to the carport and they block and use the driveway that goes to the gate in my backyard. I don't get all antsy about the gate drive but my main drive really pissed me off.. Dude I want to buy you a beer !!! I’m in Neptune nj. Make a long story short . I have this guy across the street from me and he loves having parties on weekends. Well little over a month ago his friends decide to block my driveway. I took my monster lifted f250 and hooked a chain to it and pulled it to the next corner. Then his friend did the same thing and so did I again . So glad you did that lol
If the tow truck for some reason wasn't able to come somethings happening. That fool doesn't get a pass. I'd be mad af too if someone blocked my stuff.
Excellent! former Jersey girl here-while my husband and his friend were set up in our woods to hunt, I had 6 hunters with 4 vehicles pull in to our upper driveway (Pocono woods) when we first moved in, to hunt on our property. ["but we always hunt here-- it's our right!" "we have permission from the owner to be here!" (((um, I'm the owner)))so I had to deflated all tires, unscrewed & collected tire bolts (to disable defiant vehicle owners), had 'em ticketed so we could have them towed. awww poor babies. Never a problem again--and they were all our new neighbors!
Lucia Mc so they were telling you they had permission to hunt on your property? They were parked in your driveway? Who the hell does that? I can't say I wouldnt have done the sane exact thing as you. Usually a financial loss is enough for someone to change their ways.. Good on you!
I'm having the same problem. Doesn't matter what kind of vehicle you have, because you shouldn't have to drive thru your own yard. You did the right thing!
I had a co-worker who had this kind of problem at least 3 mornings out of 5, for weeks. She didn't have time to wait for the police and a tow truck, although she did make police reports, but even getting occasional tickets didn't stop this person. She had to drive over her lawn and part of the next door neighbors lawn to get out. After weeks of this problem, the police finally went door to door at 4:00 A.M and they found out it was the boyfriend of a neighbor who had started to spend the night at her house. He got one final ticket and warned if he did it anymore he'd be towed, that finally got his attention.
when he first got there i was like "dude im so sorry you have to even come here for this". He said something like "I hate people that park wherever they want so im glad to be here"
You're far more patient than I am, I wouldn't have bothered to go knocking on doors or looking in other people's backyards, I would have called to have them towed right away if they had parked in front of my driveway and blocked me in... Some people, suffice it to say, need that kind of wake up call, many of these selfish, entitled scumbags won't learn their lesson unless it ends up costing them a bunch of money and/or a significant waste of their time for their ignorance/idiocy...
Hello! I am so sorry you had this problem. I had a similar situation myself. A neighbor actually parked their families RV in the driveway of a rental house we lived in for 6 yrs. every time (he) mowed their lawn. When they had the whole side street and driveway available. So I called the local police and they talked to them and they moved it. When they moved out they hung their toilet seat upon our mailbox and wrote "S__t on you!" Nice huh? Needless to say, we got a new mailbox and better neighbors. They told police (he) had always parked his RV there. " They were so mad they moved out
I used to work swing shift Parking Enforcement and many of my calls were to situations as yours. I didn’t really care for the job in general but nothing was more rewarding than towing some inconsiderate jerk who parked in someone’s driveway.
During Seattle Seafair Torchlight parade, people would park in our tenant garage for an office building. We tried putting up big signs warning the idiots not to park there. We once got 60 impounds in one night.
we are very peaceful with each other. I think even if I hated them I still would have tried to get a hold of them.. I try to treat people as I would want to be treated..

jerseyforlife whaaat? Nooot! Lol :D Serious Wtheck, no way man, if someone's going to block a driveway or entrance of any kind to a residence or business either by ignorance or intentional, it's not for the home or business owner to accommodate that behavior in the least, not due to being mean at all ,simply because that is the owners right of way regarding entering their area, well sorry dear some folks aren't very intelligent even in a basic level, more so now days then before, hope all has been well for you since then, curious did you ever hear from the car owner after?
finally someone with a decent amount of intelligence. Ive literally been told I should have my throat slit for towing the car.. Like seriously, I waited and I tried to find them (even though I didnt have to, just for common courtesy) but somehow Im an asshole..
i would have them towed every time they did that to me, screw their feels. you block my driveway i ll have you towed away, no if ands or buts about it.
Don't think a fork lift gonna be liftin' that car... Also it's illegal to do that sadly. I would personally put a sign up (if this was a common thing) saying "If you park in front of my driveway I have permission to spray paint your car."
I've done that a few times with the neighbours in the flat next to me who think it's funny to park in the middle of the shared driveway and leave for hours or sometimes days. I'm stunned that after 6 tows and multiple notices from the landlord, they still haven't learned a damn thing
i keep making an update video but then some idiot comes along with a ridiculous comment (usually something along the llines of telling me to kill myself) then I gotta remake the whole thing. Ive seriously done it like 5x already..
Comments here are really sad... All wishing to see the guys face when he comes home... Dude in the video says he is sorry and laughes his ass off in the comments. I get why you got him towed if you had to move and the car was just bagged like nothing else, but it still is a shitty move. These tow bills are a scam and everybody who calls these compenies helps a scammer. I get why you need to call them, but laughing and joking about the neighbors heart attack when he finds out is just so under the bank. Making fun of the neighbor makes you "one of these guys".
so what youre saying is I should put my life on hold because someone decided to park illegally in front of my driveway? did you listen to the part where I waited 45 minutes for them to return? or how about the part where I knocked on all my neighbors doors to try and find them? Exactly what would you suggest I do in this situation? Sit around all day? how about go fuck yourself?
@@radsdad1 pretty sure they dont even watch the whole video and skip the part where I try to find the owner and wait 45 min. They just see the title and think they have to comment because they think people actually give a shit what they have to say.
I do the same thing to people who block my driveway, I have a tow company that is always on standby for when I call they get to my house everyday around the time school lets out they have 5 trucks already in line waiting to hookup & leave. I have a sign that says "no parking, reserved for owner's only!! Do not block driver way Tow zone at owner's expense" lol they hate me because they thought, I was joking about it,but nope I bought my street side in front of my house so my family has parking 24/7 everyone works different shift's & we all have our parking spots in the driveway & in front of my house. Also the tow company knows which vehicles belong to us & family that visits so they never take the wrong vehicle.
jerseyforlife good, am interested to see what all has happened... I so need to live in the country with no neighbors for miles..i have had the worst luck....sigh. hope your luck is better.
I have a similar situation, my noisy neighbor ALWAYS has parties and people park all up in my yard. I have gone through 200$ worth of sprinkler heads and at one time a sprinkler repair and a little sod
This year my neighbours moved their dead dodge caravan and left it in front of my house. It sat there for at least close to two months before finally getting towed. Even though they didn't block my driveway, they were still taking up parking because they had way too many vehicles. Garage full of two vehicles, a renter who owns a vehicle, the owners who have three (plus the two in the garage which makes five that the home owners own), their two giant delivery vans they drive for work, the dead van plus siblings that come and visit and stay for days and weeks. They were taking up multiple of people's visitor parking and making the roads too narrow. My street and house became such an eyesore to me. I would have called the cops a long time ago because the van was clearly dead, and the neighbour moved it away from their property to probably not get in trouble (although officers can easily look up the plates on it or the VIN), but I don't know how long I'll be living in my home so I didn't want to create an enemy. Even if what they were doing was wrong. I hate community living for this very reason. And city folks move up to these small towns and bring their "I'm entitled attitude" and aggressive habits to these smaller communities and it just wrecks havoc.
This guy has nothing to apologize for and he was much more patient than I would've been. Seriously people, how hard is it to park legally!? Unless the block was full when they parked, there appeared to be plenty of legal spots they could have chosen.
I completely agree with what you did. I live at the end of a dead end road and my neighbors across the street do that kind of thing all the time. Not so much block the driveway all though they have done that but they constantly have several cars over there making it very difficult to get in and out of my driveway. And they do this when their driveway is empty. Really pisses me off.

I would choose the most expensive towing company for em ahhaa
lol unfortunately I didnt have a choice, the cops have a certain company that does all the towing for them..Im sure it wasnt cheap though
Nothing but the best!
You did what you needed to do and went beyond being nice about it by checking multiple times before calling, waiting 40 minutes, etc. Cheers
this guy gets it...I went above and beyond what I had to do before doing anything drastic
Lol who tf just parks right on somebody's front yard like that?!?
huh? you mean the person blocking the DW?
jerseyforlife Yeah. Not only was he parked in your driveway clearly blocking it (almost intentionally it looks) they parked like an ass and went all over your front yard.
i think youre mixing up the car involved. The blue car thats parked at an angle is mine (i had to get a bunch of stuff out of my trunk so I parked as close to my door as I could). The car in the street is the neighbors car.
jerseyforlife Oh XD my mistake. I now see it's the black SUV.
***** no big deal, just wanted to clarify
One house next door is the college kids and about once a year either Spring Break or start of summer they have a party and there are cars all along the street.. Invaritably one or two cars end up blocking my driveway to the carport and they block and use the driveway that goes to the gate in my backyard. I don't get all antsy about the gate drive but my main drive really pissed me off.. I work for a towing company and we have a contract with the City so I dispatch the needed tow trucks and call the city PD to let them know tag, vin, and description of vehicles so when the owners call the police they are told where they can get their cars.. And we only take cash.. 3 out of 4 times I'm the one they bail the car from.. 😈😁
this is gold
Ur a fuckin savage
Good for you!! Anyone who parks in a spot that blocks your driveway deserves to get towed!!
it almost seemed like they TRIED to block me in
Good for you! I wouldn't have lasted so long. It happens once, they get a ticket. Happens twice they get a ticket and towed. Thumbs UP!
Good job man. Some people need to be forced to be courteous. It doesn't occur to them otherwise. These people are otherwise known as assholes, and they deserve every consequence they receive.
RealityIsUndeniable I couldn't have said it better myself..
Great job. He will learn that lesson the hard way. No guilt needed.
I love the dog! It seems like it's curtains for the lazy neighbor! Great job!
That was a beautiful sight to behold!
you did the right thing
I just push him away with my truck....works too
Dude I want to buy you a beer !!!
"the cop agreed with me that you can clearly tell its a driveway" well yes and then he is your neighbor he should know better.
I also would like to see their reaction. Also thank them for the entertainment of watching their car towed away.
Your Not "that guy" I've would of done the same.
Should have left camera to record the reaction haha
I moved out of Jersey 19 years ago...You couldn't pay me to go back...Good luck....
Well done. If I parked there and you had me towed, I'd have to realize it was 100% my fault.
I imagine they would have to realize it was there fault but a part of me thinks they literally had no iddea what they did wrong
you did the right thing. i bet you from now on they will no do this again!
agreed
I love the smell of Towtrucks in the morning!
i have a friend who gets the chains out and drags it onto the road.
Me and your friend, would be good friends. XD
jadekayak01 Your imaginary friend needs commutation skills
Like I said before , my friend is not imaginary or an electric motor so requires no "commutation" skills
No it effeminacy doesn't
I'm courteous where I deem it's needed,not you
And my life is anything but imaginary
Lol were talking to a sims 3 character lol someone hurry and make it run into a burning building
Expensive lesson!
In Jersey?? I KNOW those costs!!! Cheap ain't in their vocabulary! A picture of a ? is in the dictionary for cheap!
rolloverriderpgr "cheap ain't in their vocabulary!" Never laughed so hard
Castro As long as you didn't LYAO! ROFLMAO is better! Glad you got a chuckle out of it!
Blue Sky's and Safe Journeys!
Eh, it's Bay Head... These people wipe their asses with hundred dollar bills....
Just think of the amount of that cop’s time was wasted due to that parker.
when he first got there i was like "dude im so sorry you have to even come here for this". He said something like "I hate people that park wherever they want so im glad to be here"
Years ago
A neighbor did this to my Dad..
He pushed thier car like two blocks away.. problem
Solved
Why didn't they just park further back?
that is literally the same question I ask myself.. Even the cop said that..
jerseyforlife Maybe they didn't see there's a driveway. But that's on them.
Ibcn Things possible.. But my car was IN the dw. That would make me believe they literally didnt even look where they parked.
jerseyforlife Right? Most people are so into their own world they literately seem like the walking dead. Ha.
Ibcn Things it would be physically impossible for me to agree with you any more than i already do
You're far more patient than I am, I wouldn't have bothered to go knocking on doors or looking in other people's backyards, I would have called to have them towed right away if they had parked in front of my driveway and blocked me in... Some people, suffice it to say, need that kind of wake up call, many of these selfish, entitled scumbags won't learn their lesson unless it ends up costing them a bunch of money and/or a significant waste of their time for their ignorance/idiocy...
"F",em...they knew better. 💸
When ur carrying the camera xD it looks like the most epic pelvic thrust!
I am pretty proficient at the thrusting of the pelvis
jerseyforlife smooth
I seen that hahaa
1:20 Black hole sun
darthtortugas won't you come
darthtortugas Soundgarden for the win
You're nicer than I would have been. The tow truck would have towed a vehicle with no windows left
If I didnt live on the main road in my town i would have considred it, It was just too risky.
How pissed was the douchebag owner after he realized his/her car was towed?
honestly no idea, he never said a word about it and Ive seen him a few times since then
Revolutional Libertarian Yeah, fuckem...block my driveway, shits gonna get towed immediately.
jerseyforlife You did the mature thing.
During Seattle Seafair Torchlight parade, people would park in our tenant garage for an office building. We tried putting up big signs warning the idiots not to park there. We once got 60 impounds in one night.
Neighbors must live in peace with one another. You tried diplomacy. You did. I can't understand why neighbors are as they are.
we are very peaceful with each other. I think even if I hated them I still would have tried to get a hold of them.. I try to treat people as I would want to be treated..
jerseyforlife hey, give me an update after you came home from work.
honestly I wish I had some crazy story and video to follow up with..Nothing ever happened, they never brought it up and Ive spoken to them quite a few times since this incident..Never even apologized, i assume they are just too embarrassed to bring it up..
loved it and what an adorable puppy
He wanted to be in the video.
That's their problem, regardless you shouldn't even have to go over a curb even if u had a truck , that's what they get
tell that to the idiot commenters that are convinced im an asshole..
jerseyforlife whaaat?
Agreed
@@leikilimaile2565 agreed
i would have them towed every time they did that to me, screw their feels. you block my driveway i ll have you towed away, no if ands or buts about it.
Neighborhood bullies!! I'm glad you called the tow truck and would call them every time. 😠
I'm dealing with the same thing too, my neighbors have there own parking and they decide to park in front of my house every day!
I would call up my buddy that owns a forklift and we would toss their car all over the road
Put it on the neighbors house
Don't think a fork lift gonna be liftin' that car...
Also it's illegal to do that sadly. I would personally put a sign up (if this was a common thing) saying "If you park in front of my driveway I have permission to spray paint your car."
i like the netherlands (nl) sticker on the back of your car
not many people know what it is but kudos to you sir
Any update on their reaction?
unfortunately no...they didnt do anything.. we have talked since this and they never even brought it up
You did what you had too. They obviously needed that lesson. Bet they won't park in front of the driveway again.
I've done that a few times with the neighbours in the flat next to me who think it's funny to park in the middle of the shared driveway and leave for hours or sometimes days. I'm stunned that after 6 tows and multiple notices from the landlord, they still haven't learned a damn thing
You do everything right and covered your ass every step of the way. Good job.
update??!!
i keep making an update video but then some idiot comes along with a ridiculous comment (usually something along the llines of telling me to kill myself) then I gotta remake the whole thing.
@@jerseyforlife There's always one holier than thou. Your last comment was spot on.
@@radsdad1 pretty sure they dont even watch the whole video and skip the part where I try to find the owner and wait 45 min. They just see the title and think they have to comment because they think people actually give a shit what they have to say.
Because the dude deserved what he got.
To the owner of the car that was officially towed: You should NOT have blocked someone else's driveway. Consider this a lesson learned.
"Good job!"
update? did they learn their lesson, or give you any trouble? inquiring minds and what not, yanno.
That's what I want to know.. Any retaliation?
Malpuraĵo Servistino making an update video as we speak.. should be up tomorrow.
jerseyforlife good, am interested to see what all has happened... I so need to live in the country with no neighbors for miles..i have had the worst luck....sigh. hope your luck is better.
+jerseyforlife what? This was posted a year ago
update. they moved 7 months ago
So did the neighbor come over and blame you for their car getting towed?
nope, they never said a word.. I think once they realized where the parked they figured it out..
I have a similar situation, my noisy neighbor ALWAYS has parties and people park all up in my yard. I have gone through 200$ worth of sprinkler heads and at one time a sprinkler repair and a little sod
oh fuck that, they would have flat tires every single time
This year my neighbours moved their dead dodge caravan and left it in front of my house.
02:25 Best part of the video!
zudemaster Arf arf!
You had every right to tow that car. Be careful, though...making a video of yourself while driving is risky.
@2:25-AGGGHHHHHHH IT'S ATTACKING!!!!!!!!!
That is a scary huge rat
rats in NY are bigger than her..
Chuck Williams Chihuahua of DEATH!!!
