Towing the neighbors car.

So I really dont like to be "that guy" but I ws left with no choice. This has happened numerous time but this time I didnt have the subaru so jumping the curb wasnt an option. The cop agreed with me that you can clearly tell its a driveway and had no sympathy for the owner of the car.
This is the beauty of living at the Jersey Shore.
