When you’re a tenant in an apartment you have to get along with the other tenants or at least respect their property. This guy with the pick up truck is not the property owner; so it’s not his house. When your a tenant you have to share the driveway, you can’t say the driveway belongs to you only. What this man did was outrageous and criminal. Most smart people do what I did when my neighbor kept parking in my drive way. I had the car towed after 4 times they stopped.
In my case it was my next door neighbor who was parking in my driveway on my property that I own and he had no reason to park there. His Apartment was across the street from my house.
