- Today I finally have beaten nightmare king grimm after almost a year and a half of attempting to defeat him !!
I got the charms and the move set down and just had to patiently dance, I will say that a combination of howling screech and the dash attacks combine for a lot of damage.
And for avoiding the fireballs just stay in one spot and jump only if you need to.

when NKG spits red bats your way, try a small jump over the first bat. land on the ground. dash towards NKG.
since ur using sharp shadow, u might not want to move forward when jumping over the first bat. else ull dash right into NKG. this one adjustment i think will save you so many masks
NKG is my fav boss cuz of the mod with Inferno and Absolute Inferno King Grimm. the progressions are so nice and you'll have to think of more adjustments like the above to keep up, just recommending the mod cuz if you felt something nice from this W, ull likely enjoy it even more if u keep going :)
This is so helpful, this is the only part I kept struggling with and I did definitely enjoy the fight once I learned the pattern, quite the dance 💃

I had watched so many tutorials and taken different peoples advice that I just went with what felt correct in that particular session and it worked you’re not the only one to tell me that this set up is quite dubious but it got the job done 😅

you got this!!! it took me two years off and on of finding the rhythm and patterns, once you do that with a good charm build its wraps, GOOD LUCK!

Bro I'm playing on mobile and I thought of completing the ritual rather than banishing it, but after seeing this I can't even imagine myself doing it with me still struggling with radiance and 70 hrs in game💀

@@applesbeans7673 its not on play store but you can install it as a pirated version from some sites for free, the one i installed seemes legit and doesn't have any bugs or glitches and the contros work right, the only issue is that some buttons don't work together like if your trying to jump while charging a nail art you'll need a 3rd thumb plus the dash is waay up so its sometimes hard to get and you can't open the inventory while jumping, there is some issues but im currently beating radiance and its possible tbh, I'm really enjoying the game.

Oh so you didn't use any nail arts? Those are good for teleporting fights
I did try and use them just not in this particular run ☺️but I did at one point try a build with nail art’s it’s just difficult getting down that fractional timing that you have to get a good swing at Grimm

Me being in a conundrum do beat nightmare king Grimm to prove my dedication or do I banish the troupe to get a powerful charm… why have the powerful charm on the easy way out while grimmchild is trash
I totally agree even though the charm itself isn’t all that great it’s the accomplishment towards 112% progression that pushes you to finish
@@TheFrameQueen Welp looks like I’ll have to do that on another file as I already banished the troupe but I’m going for embrace the void so I’ll have to defeat him at some point
