So wait a minute, she majored in fashion design, but is the Senior Manager of Communications at Diane's, yet many students that graduate in communications cannot get that kind of a job, and here comes this young girl and gets that high position. I don't understand it, but I myself majored in communications and emerging media, and I find it very difficult to find a job in my field, and I have management experience, yet I am being bypassed by these younger women who didn't graduate on the field of communications. I have to question which executive she convinced.

diana pearl her youth in this industry is an asset, as fresh talent is what a lot of fashion houses are seeking. She majored in design, so she knows the industry and what goes into creating the product. She went out of the confines of her major and used it to her advantage. It’s like that for a lot of graduates now especially in creative fields. I say use your degree as a compass rather than a roadmap.
