Sir I dislocated my left shoulder with undisplaced humeral head fracture along with left comminuted navicular fracture with calcaneal fracture. So whole left limbs is immobilized. Now it's more than six weeks I started pendulum exercises. So can I start using my left shoulder to use Walker to support myself in non-weight bearing walking?

It varies from person to person. Normally, active exercises for shoulder starts after plaster removal. Until then do ROMs of elbow and wrist joint. Also visit your surgeon for expert opinion regarding your present condition.
