My neck and shoulder is hurting in the morning. Please if you can, show any exercises about that and the reason for this causing a problem.. I really appreciate thank you. .

Sir, ur exercises are simple n effective. I am from Delhi. Here for frozen shoulder physiotherapy, heat, SWD n exercise they are chargingRs.1580 per day in one of the super speciality hospital. I was first advised for 15 days. Now for another 30days. At this juncture ur videos are very helpful. My bone density is -2.. I am having type 2 diabetese, hypo thyroidism apart from this.
Hello Sailaja ji, bone density usually decreases in diabetes. Make sure to take vitamin d and vitamin c. Also keep strict control on your blood sugar levels. Do cycling and brisk walk, it will help to increase bone density.

You need an MRI to check if you have a rotator calf tear. Just go to see the orthopedist. Also, if case you don't have a tear- the rehabilitation of the shoulder joint can take up to 2-3 years to recover to full capacity.
The improvement is slight. about 10% by doing stretching and loosening up the shoulder. Not a muscle issue - it is out of place. someone knowledgeable and confident chiropractor/physio-therapist could jolt it into place and ridding me of this 24X7 constant pain .
Doctor Varun Wasil you are a very honest person and your Shining face shows that. I did this video exercise couple of times and it has helped me a lot. In USA you go to Physical therapy places and they are just for money making and you feel like you are just acting for exercise without positive results. Love from USA.

Not a doctor, but I am suffering from frozen shoulder. Yes, you can use a hot water bag (only as hot as you can bear without pain for discomfort) before exercises to loosen muscles -- it is recommended. Or, if available, a hot shower will also work. However, inflammation (pain) feeds on heat, so you must use ice / cool pads to cool down (10mins max) after exercising, and then intermittently through the day for no more than 10 mins.
Very nice i have shoulder pain since December. In xray shoulder muscle is week. I have too much pain at night. Dr proscribed physio with medications. But you said dont do these exercise during pain. Tell me please what to do

Yes you may have a rotator cuff tear. Try rotator cuff strengthening exercises. I hope it will improve.
