Usually students prioritise NIRMA if they get bcz it offers better placement opportunities to the corporate world. however NIRMA is tough to get at this rank. But still if you are getting NIRMA, you can give priority to DNLU as well for NLU exposure, its tag & specially if you are aiming for judicial services. Also You will get DNLU if you can wait till vacancy round. Both options have certain drawbacks and perks. You should decide by yourself.
