A lot of russians in eu servers, they don't know how to play this teram game- going one vs 5 - no listening to advices. 2 random monkeys can destroy whole match. The enemy is not the issue- always 2 russian idiots.

I think fast Gleipnir is better for some cases instead of Orchid. It increases farming ability AND has AoE root status for pretty long time. If you have LC, Pudge or any other killstack hero with this, it's free real estate.
if you play facet that gives a character minions of sorts, then bloodthorn is necessary item to get early on, insane amount of damage, almost like playing range broodmother, gleipnir is a good item for sure but not in place of orchid

oov is 50 gold cheaper, adds to your slow and upgrades into baby skadi if you want. Also deso/blight dont benefit ward damage much, and the added bonus damage from deso doesn't get multiplied by his innate.
Just buy both, he always has empty slots end they give you so much farming speed for what they costa and u can just sell them later. Full jungle is still a grief but at least Do it efficently
