I watched this movie when it premiered and being a kid thought it was compelling drama. Now looking back as an adult it's over the top and cheesy, but still classier than anything Lifetime puts out today 😄

A Big Mac and Quarter Pounder is about that much (they were around 99 cents back then), but even so, a regular bare-bones hamburger being around $2 is still quite a hike.
