I would welcome a “vlog” format. I enjoy whatever you do. I am enjoying reading and just hearing the rain right now! You two are so enjoyable and always bring joy. When I need to be reminded how to do something I look it up. But no matter it is just fun and so kind of you to invite us to come along with you. God bless you both. ❤️

Topics that are important to me are preparedness, solar, current events that affect us all, getting ready for what's coming, etc. Patera's channel has had some crazy growth because of her advice on preparedness. Everybody knows something is coming, or they should. Keep up the great work guys. And Mark, we love you and we are not bothered that you may wear oxygen or whatever. You're still Mark and you're still loved. Get on that camera with Tina when you want to!! I for one miss you a lot. Bless you two! 💙💞💙

Tina and Mark, you have taught more than gardening. You've reawakened the joy of watching nature, watching plants grow, cleaning up after nature strikes. You've taught me how to can certain items, crafts etc. Always enjoy seeing what is going on at your homestead, in addition to seeing the cutie in the introduction! I will keep your Playlist in mind each time I need a refresher in whatever I'm planting or canning. Always thinking of you both

HELLO! Long time no see! I've been under the weather. But I'm back!
Let me say that there are a LOT of us Older folks out here! I would be interested in Gardening for Older People. How to manage a garden, raised beds, hauling supplies, learning easier ways of doing things! Places to sit down while Planting/weeding. How to on making raised beds that are almost waist high! Your soil mix is a must have video! Mark & Tina, please do a Cookbook! With your recipes and a Canning section! I'm sure ALL of your viewers will buy it. If you've already done one, advertise it! I'd buy one in a minute! Your canning recipes, all in one place would be wonderful! I know a lot of people who are on oxygen. They have that portable oxygen system Inogene.
Makes oxygen from the air. NO big tank to drag around!
It's been hard trying to figure out how to garden with worn out knees, a broken back, allergies to everything, and my failing Eyesight!
That ought to give you some ideas! We all love you Both! GOD bless

Sounds like a great idea! Adding the cluckers and others to the channel show the audience more of what is going on. You can definitely add links to a vlog to a certain video on the "how to" side and expand on what your garden has and what is faces sometimes (bugs or critters). I'm hoping to expand my garden to a total of four bucket gardens next year.

One thing I've noticed is most channels teach how to plant and grow food, then skip to preserving it. I REALLY need info on when to know when the produce is ready to pick...lol
I look at it and either pick to early or too late (usually) and it's over-ripe.
I've learned SO MUCH from you two, thank you!!!

I've started gardening 2 years ago. I watched all your videos on soil mixes and I thought "I can do this!". I've recommended your channel to my friends who started a garden for the first time this past spring. I'm glad you told us what helps you financially. I have no problem watching the commercials in exchange for the knowledge you give me on how to grow vegetables. I will also start your playlists as well. I subscribed to your cockeyed catfish channel the weekend you started it.

I watch your channel because of your personalities. My garden is just a small back yard in town. We don’t fish much but I watch you and learn. I watch many homesteading channels with chickens and pigs and goats. My only critters are a Yorkie and an outdoor cat. At 75 years old my life is set. I’ll never have a chance to have acres of veggies or eggs fresh from the coop, but I find it so much a blessing to be able to follow along with your offerings of useable information I can put in my small space.
I was born in Virginia, I only lived there 2 years so you are filling a void that I appreciate. California is my home for now…..but through your channel I can escape for a few minutes. I will be watching for your vlogs.

Product reviews sure, American made if possible. I'm not being political,
just we all need to get off the "buying the cheapest" band wagon, and buy
    what WE make.
Come up with demonstrations on how to save money through different
kinds of processes for preserving, water use, cooking,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
I'd like to see the tomato clone plants over wintering progress.
    How bout a once a month/every two weeks a Q&A episode. 15 minutes
of answering common questions asked in comments.
    How too's and why.
Post links to each video, for videos you already have with similar content.
    Start to finish videos
Amendments, make your own, and what amendments work with what
    plants.

I love your videos and highly respect your work ethic and vast knowledge of gardening!!! This statement is from a 74 year old guy who has been working in the garden since I was 5 years old. Chores then included 2 hours a day pulling and hoeing
weeds with my 2 sisters in our folks 2 acre garden.
Suggestion: Bring Mark back into the main channel for variety. Outdoor cooking, projects and reviews of different products.
This is nothing against you. Check back and I'll bet you'll find your viewership was higher when he was involved.

It's always such a comfort to come to the homestead and see what you're up to; I appreciate the advice and first found you when I was brand new to growing onions. How fortunate that I just happened to click on your channel! Now my week wouldn't be the same without Tina's "don't forget we love you." A vlog would be great, I know next to nothing about chickens or ducks. More canning or cooking, or routine maintenance of the garden (pest control, fertilizing) would be very welcome. I'd love to see Tina get crafty! I do appreciate the product testing you've done, and trust your real use opinions on those. For example, the solar powered electric fence you put in is awesome, and I am down the rabbit hole of looking for one for my garden that can keep out not only raccoons, but deer, woodchucks, and squirrels; what kind is worth the money and effort? I'm sure whatever you decide will be a decision made with care and integrity. Now, please send some of that rain up to Connecticut, it's been in a severe drought, so much so that I can't even be mad that the deer ate all of my tomatoes, half the cabbage, and the birds needed the blueberries more than we did!

Tina you and Mark have been a true honest blessing to my life the past two years I been watching your videos. I am new at gardening and you have helped me more than you could ever know. So when commercials come up in your videos it has that little skip button at the bottom where it plays like five seconds of the commercial and slows you to skip past the rest, does that hurt you when we hit that button? Cause I would do nothing to hurt you not making money from UA-cam. I think it will be great to see more of your homestead, the animals, woodworking, grilling especially new recipes. I do like the idea of a vlog format to see what is happening on the homestead. I really enjoy watching the harvest vids. I would scale them down a bit and then show off the massive haul. Also seeing projects around the homestead would be a nice thing to watch. Maybe feeding the chickens, egg collection, etc. Planting season could also be scaled down and you can link to specific videos in your library for a more detailed video. I do like watching when Tina prepares items from the harvest for canning/freezing, etc. And let me not forget to mention, when she cooks up a nice meal. As for product promotion, I would think that the products you use to prepare you beds for planting would be a good be a good place to start. You apparently use the same products every year so let's see if those companies would sponsor some of your videos. If they don't want to sponsor, then go the extra mile and cover up their logos, etc. and not mention the product by the trade name. Maybe get an Amazon affiliate page listing products that you have purchased. Even affiliate pages with manufacturers of products as well.

I don’t mind the idea of a vlog. I love the how-to’s, so I would hope you wouldn’t do away with that entirely. A vlog would allow us to see you guys both planting and doing other things around the house. I like to see when an what Tina is planting through the seasons. I like to see different recipe ideas for using out of control harvests (it pains me when my stuff goes bad before I figure out how to use it, lol). But lots of things could fit into a vlog…daily chores, arts and crafts, new homestead project ideas (big or small), seasonal prep videos showing what shopping needs to be done to get things started for the season.
I actually think product reviews are a great idea. From trustworthy sources, I find these extremely useful and have been introduced to some great items that I wouldn’t have know about otherwise. (I also have to admit to enjoying bad reviews, too 🥴)
One last thing, and this is just a personal preference, I really love holiday themed videos, especially when I’m keeping up with channels in real time. I like to see what’s going on for Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, Fourth of July….any holiday really. It can be anything…decorating, planting, cooking, planning…even just popping in at Midnight on New Year’s Eve to wish everyone a happy new new years don’t know why stuff like that makes me as happy as it does…lol. Of course, I also understand the holidays are also when most people have the least extra time.
Anyway, I’ll be looking forward to whatever you have in store. I’m sure it won’t disappoint! Love you guys and God Bless!

Mark & Tina. Hey there. I look forward to seeing your programs. I even have gone back to pass before I started watching new programs. I like Ole Dirty Fingers in her garden beds. You plant, grow, and harvest. You could put up more by canning, dehydrating and fermenting videos as you harvest from the garden. Tina could go to the garden and pick a vegetable and prepare it for meal the way you like to eat it with the rest of a meal on table also. Like growing produce-some people need to see ways to cook and eat things they can grow. Few days ago you grew beets-then canned-maybe you show those things beets go with at your household supper time. Always throw in comments at meal Mark caught these fish on Cockeye fishing trip video. Compliment your other channel in small comment on every video. I know Tina does Bumblebee mostly but Ole Mark needs to be seen a little if it is only mowing the yard from a distance. People will know Mark is close by and on team with you. You say you give chickens vines and stuff-maybe show you giving them greenery. Tina could do video on stuff like Jobes fertilizer. Why she uses it and how it works on Tinas vegetables. She uses it on every planting. Stuff that makes Tinas gardening easier. Maybe stuff not to do in garden- mistakes you have learn from. Mix the shows up beside till, dig hole plant harvest, Have a great day. I love you. Dewayne Willis

Since I discovered your channel, I've watched every one you've put out on this channel. I have wondered though, why I Always see you planting, then harvesting beautiful crops. Nothing in between, like how you keep them beautiful. I thirst for info. I've always had some garden. But now I'm more serious about it than before. I'm near Memphis and our climate is similar. So anything I can learn is great. You successfully grow several crops that I would live to get to cooperate with me. I'm thinking about chickens once I finish building my raised beds, so more info there would come in handy too. I would love to see videos of what's happening in the shop. I love small, simple building projects. Especially when it's something to make my life easier. I work full time, weird hours. Most of my garden chores are done at night after work. Then I catch up on videos.
I trust you guys. If you want to do honest reviews, that's great too. It's all about learning and missing a few mistakes.
I also love videos on preserving and recipes for what you harvest. A lot of the easier spring and fall crops, I don't like, but I would still try new ways of using them, just in case.
Basically, throw any information you want at us. I will also be going back in time to watch older videos as I can.

As a gardener of 4 years I still have to go back and re- watch some of your videos. I love what your doing now and I dont know what a vlog is but I'd like to keep watching you guys and id hate for you to go to doing a lot of talking and no gardening I hate when my favorite garden channel goes from gardening to political and religious stuff we know whats happening in the world we want to keep it in the garden or chickens and other homestead stuff canning, storage how to save what we grow how to keep the chickens b cuz I'd love to get some but have no idea how to start anything like that would be great. I love you guys and have learned a lot but still learning keep doing what you do and I watch your vlog as well as long as its not political or religious. I love the lord but I want to grow stuff and eat it lol

I love your channel but you need to mix it up some like making your own soil mix with chicken manure. A lot of gardeners have chicken , they need help in how long should it be dried or sit. How to compost with it. The most important thing I have found in gardening is seed selection. There is always 5 to 10 selections for each variety. And I have my favorites. Such as taste , disease resistence, cold tolerance etc. For new gardeners they may pick out something at box store because it was all that they have. I would want for them to have the best success right out of the soil. One size usually does not fit all. But for example onions , which one to get short day and why medium day and long day. Beans is good topic also, Bush or pole bean. Swiss chard which produce the best for you. And tomatoes which ones will provide blemish free, no cracks . next year im looking for tomatoes that will set fruit at high temps. Anyway I pray your channel will prosper and God bless both of you.

I love Bumblebee Junction, don't become too successful, you will lose the simplicity of your gardening videos. When a UA-camr starts becoming too professional they lose my views. Keep doing what you do, it's perfect and relaxing to watch. I subscribed to the Cockeyed Catfish and will see if it will interest me.

I’ve been watching you for several months now. I have been delighted with your straight forward presentation! I always go to see what you are doing or have done on any planting project. I have a small raised bed garden but still your information is excellent. I mixed my soil using your advice. I hope to have a small area of carrots that actually grow this year since I now know what caused my problem before! Thanks for all your Down-to-earth help and joy in growing good produce! I like getting my hands dirty too!!! I will always look for you whatever route you choose to take. 👩🏻‍🌾💕Blessings! J. Claire

What ever you do I will always watch you.
Another Channel that I watch said UA-cam has been changing a lot of things, and one thing that they are doing is adding in shorts and if you as a content creator do not participate in the shorts that they do not promote your videos nearly as often, I don't know if that's true or not but that's what they said on this other channel, so maybe that might be why you don't have very many subscribers I know that UA-cam hasn't been sending you my way like they used to and so I have to try and remember that I enjoy your channel and type you in, otherwise I sometimes will forget and I just go to what they do show me I do apologize but I love whatever it is you put out each time I watch you.

One way to help aspiring gardeners could be to put a guide book together of How to information ie. say to grow the best carrots, what kind of soil amendments to use like fertilizer.. what percentages. just a thought. Also try and shorten some of your videos
    to keep viewers attention.
