You have to defeat a lot of bosses before you even get to the car chase scene, which most people can't do that, then if you fail, you have to reload doing all the bosses again. Cheat Engine is the most searched for thing when it comes to the Kiwami car chase scene.

Cheat engine changes the game on your side, so if you change something in a multiplayer game, it won’t work because the server still hasn’t changed. It will only world in single player games.
