You're an incredible teacher, Zeeshan! Took a 3 month DJ school and getting way more out of your videos! Thank you so much for sharing the love! you're a cool freaking dude!🤘
Hi Zeeshan. I'm so happy that I stumbled across your channel. Great work. One Q I have regarding the Flx4. How do I maintain the same key when I push my tempo slider up or down?
I am 68 and bought a flex 4 and start to practice I had a few lesson and i was introduce to Memory cue But i notice most people use Hot Cue is it best to start learning Hot Cue instead of Memory Cue?
How do you create that mixing point between the first two tracks. Is it just a regular hot cue? You mixed it in with the volume all the way up. If I try that it’s a lot of the times a little bit off. Is there a setting in recordbox that helps with that? Or should I just practice more 😂
I enjoy watching this video, but I think there’s one thing you forget to mention, a lot of time the software don’t detect the correct key, I know that from experience. What would happen in a case where there’s a transposition or a modulation on the previous song playing?
i can't find any key on my vinyl records ? even w/o keys, i managed to mix some tapes in the end 80s and 90s. idk, but did anything important changed in the 2000s ? too many cue, beats, bars, phrases, phases, loops, start, pauses, beat match and sync, plus blend in, on the one, transition, line fader, cross fader, eq, knobs, drops and also scratch, what the heck. enjoy life, listen to the music, feel the music, look around and dj.
good video. Other videos from other channels smash through the techniques and have 20 graphics on the screen that I'm supposed to watch and read with my other 7 eyes. Stick with your style
you should go to the list of songs, then you see Track Title, Artist, Genre columns, right click on the columns and you might see you don't have Key selected to be shown.

Do you always have to mix in key or can you mix without being in key and will it work?

do the songs needs to have approximatively the same BPM when mixing in key ?
Anytime your two songs have to be same bpm, the key just helps the mix sound a lot smoother and nicer
Very good, just found your guides and channel, thank you!
Much needed thanks for this information 🎶
i dont understand how its only changes one semi tone when it goes from 11a to 4a? because thats not in the "T"
ive also heard you can count 4 beats to the left of the number if you need to jump to far different key
Love mixing in key. As u said only a semitone… it’s terrible if u do more especially with vocals as it can start to sound like Minnie or Micky Mouse!
Love the way you explain
Man, thanks for your tutorials! Why you don’t make more?
Is the Camelot wheel the same as the circle of 5ths?

wouldn't 3b work with 2b and 4b also tho ?
well done
