@@davidspinks9535 oh yeah? Well consider yourself lucky because if the salaries of Nigeria were like the salaries here in the United states especially here in NYC your rental, property, taxes, food clothing and everything else would be higher too!
I mean that cost to rent an apartment in Abuja, which is $2000 per year is what you would pay here in NYC and more... per month!! It's astronomically expensive here! I wonder what $5000 per year would get me in Abuja or Lagos?
@@thehustlerscorner59 For $5.000 a year you should get something super nice or a house, stay with people and take your time to look, I prefer smaller cities like Port Harcut or Enugu a little cheaper.
If you can retire overseas or have business you can't beat $300 to $500 a month rent
Vivian hi, just subscribe to your channel, I love this video but one thing though you didn't check if the water is running, you could have open tape to check, its very important
Okay I’d check next time 😂🙏🏾
😂😂😂😂
You should do a review of property for sale in Abuja? Like what to expect if someone wanted to buy a property in Abuja..
did you keep using the 'MiraSkincare Anti-Aging with Glutathione ans Collagen night face cream' only twice a week ever since you started using it for the first time? Or did you have to use it every day at first, because on the MiraSkinCare store's website it says to use the Anti Aging Lightening Face Cream with Collagen &Glutathione everyday for 2 weeks, and then use it 2-3 times a week afterwords. Sorry to post this message a lot, but i messaged you on inatagram you gmail and youtube but still no answer
I thought Abuja was supposed to be well planned and developed with good roads, thank you Vivian for this video
It will amaze you the Abuja you see on national Tv is just the city centre. Most parts of Abuja have no good roads
Nah if it’s not a new apartment.. I’m not moving in.. I live in Abuja and in a larger/nicer space

Do they clean up the place , like painting etc for you before moving in?
Who wants a home in a unsafe neighborhood? Them places look like gated prisons..
Sis in America you’re not safe anywhere
👁👄👁 I rather live there than here
@@Tootisepop u swear u sayin sum😂 I’m well of in US
Still not that bad for Nigeria. I would live in either of them. Quite clean.
You’re content is so dope!
The part with the dog had me rolling! This one is even bigger than Max so I can imagine 🤣 These apartments aren’t too bad but they need a whole makeover, like a serious makeover. Do you know if the owners will allow tenants change things up?
Hahahaha!! I was so scared 😭
Yeah minimal renovations are allowed.
Pls what’s the title of the song of your intro pls
I really like it
Bathrooms and kitchens are poorly finished in Nigeria. Home owners or landlords People still use outdated toilet seats instead of more modern ones with which are efficient in terms of water conservation.
Again, I say - I’m gonna need for Nigerian real estate developers to step it up.
How do u make $2200 a year please reply
KAY CEE the rent is yearly??
Yay first to comment
Vivi, did you just market the building or trashed it?????????
Yeah, you can’t film it because it’s a very dirty compound. Living is not about how much money you saved but how much life you saved. You’re are doing a great job, but please show secure and clean areas going further, thanks so much!
I can retire right now at 27 right now in the motherland dam I’ll keep that in mind (I’ll be there soon)
"so you can have people to, uh, save you"
sounds like my kinda place
My gf lives there right now and she is afraid to go out after dark and got mugged before.. she hates it there and can't wait to come back to the usa
Fam yes they do forget about the bathroom and the kitchen
Thanks for sharing, really helpful
The major problem here is insecurity..People are not really safe in this location. It can be invaded by criminal and herdsmen at anytime..Where is police presence ???
No renting. Only wooden floors. Need grass and garden area. Not the best looking places.
well done I like your channel I now know where to find a place in Abuja, and do you only do Abuja?
Very Well Done1!$ Thinking About Moving To Naija For Retirement.
Que interesante ver este video! Gracias!!
When I was in Accra Ghana they had a problem with me filing too 😐
One will think that with all the big revenue in Nigeria, a city like Abuja will have great roads all over the city, but no. At what point will Nigeria address the electricity problem and build good roads and highways???
Did she just say 2000.00 agent fee to just look at an apartment. Wft no thanks and the internet free to look for apartments just saying..!😱😱😱😱🤦🏾♂️😬😭😂🤣💲💲💲👀👀👀👀👀👀
Do they have to buy stoves and refrigerators?
They really need to fix those damn roads.
Nice effort Keep showing more
Well done!
Early👏🏽
Hey Vivian, a new subscriber here and I have to commend you for your content, video quality and structure; you're doing amazing sweetie (in kris Jenner's voice....lol). Keep it up.
Quick question though, all your background songs are copyrighted songs, do you ever get flagged? I know it is against UA-cam's policy.
Did I miss the shower/bath? I didn’t see one in either bathroom on the 2nd apartment
