Retire in the UK! 😂...the UK pension minister said that millennials would need to save 'atleast' £500,000+ to retire comfortably. Majority of people don't earn a million pounds in there life time so retiring in the UK will be next to impossible. My lady is the truth. It hurts me so much because I lost a family member in America. He had it all built up a successful business for his family living so well in a gated community with many homes around America. Back in 2008 when the after effects of the recession were still occurring he lost everything. He could no longer support his family and he decided to end his life. We did not expect it because as Africans we never end our lives no matter what so we believe there was more to the story as his wife confirms that she never trusted his business partners. However, UK is still a hostile place to live in for blacks. I have noticed West Africans tend to love living overseas yet Southern Africans like South Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Namibia, Swaziland, Angola, Zambia, Mozambique and East Africans like Kenya and Rwanda are already accustomed to big homes, good standard of life, gated homes, resorts and malls all over the place so we don’t care for the Western life. Retire in the UK! 😂...the UK pension minister said that millennials would need to save 'atleast' £500,000+ to retire comfortably. Majority of people don't earn a million pounds in there life time so retiring in the UK will be next to impossible. They're increasing pension tax too, up to 40% if you want to withdraw your whole pension (which will make alot of people think twice about moving away from the UK) unless you inherit money or have a job which earns 50k+ a year you're absolutely f**ked. The average wage in the UK is 26-27k a year, try saving £500,000 on that.

My lady is the truth. It hurts me so much because I lost a family member in America. He had it all built up a successful business for his family living so well in a gated community with many homes around America. Back in 2008 when the after effects of the recession were still occurring he lost everything. He could no longer support his family and he decided to end his life. We did not expect it because as Africans we never end our lives no matter what so we believe there was more to the story as his wife confirms that she never trusted his business partners.
His wife and children left America but I don’t even want to visit that place because that is all I think of in my mind and heart. May his soul rest well and peace be upon him.
