Hi Mushi, you can use any kind of socks you want. I used the plain solid color ones in the video so I could also embellish them with gems. I thought using socks that have a busy pattern plus the gems would be too much. Have fun!

Hi RG, Make sure the scissors you're using haven't dulled over time. Maybe a new pair of adult size scissors would be more helpful? thanks for the tips my brother likes to craft hes got nails hammers etc anyways i got some scissors from him it was pretty sharp but anyways i now made some fingerless gloves, thank you for the tips and the video
