International maxxforce 13 fuel pump replacement

I’m not a mechanic by any means, I buy most of my tools from Harbor Freight and pawnshops. This video is intended for entertainment purposes only and maybe it can help a DIYer that wants/needs to save some money.

Good Job. Navistar makes a puller for the fuel pump gear. It costs $300.00. It looks like you did just as well with a harmonic balancer puller from Harbor Freight. I wish I would have watched this video before I ordered the parts. If I had; I would have saved about $280.00.

I just bought one of these yesterday and the very bottom back fuel line that clips on is off the pump... I can't find it at all. Any chance you can tell me where it runs to??? Thanks!

My truck doesn’t want to go over 35/45 when loaded and been 170 miles down the road. What problems did you have that it had to be changed? Where did you order the pump and how much was it?
