That's good, No matter how many years you will have much to learn, even in death. Most people have lost the patience and the priorities management to even learn, progress as a human or focus. you study a legit decedent style of northern contemporary shaolin system, several styles of hakka and province southern gongfu(specifically hard qigong), even kali. So much of hojo uno is also reminecent of the full iron body set(done shotokan thru bujutsu arts, among others, required by familial standards in my experience),now training in northern shaolin(with hard and soft qigong sets. Hard and soft, internal and external long and short fist/boxing sets. Sun and chen styles of taijiquan , xinyiquan, and baguazhang, plus medical/herbology training), choy li fut(its southern china descendant system, almost as massive and versatile in applications), taekwondo, and arnis/escrima/kali. Working full time with family if I might add.

@@rhyswallace3590 The general northern temples are now commercialized, greedy, and racist as fuck. The CCP will push foreigners to special schools that actually teach that mock dance called Wushu. Some schools don't even teach it, just frauds who I know when I ask THE question that legitimizes their background, they usually talk out of their ass, reject it or don't respond at all. Some schools are legit but more sadistic to foreigners, and teach foreigners wrong so one day they get killed. Have you ever heard of that silly ass movie Kung pPow with the annoying "sihing" called wimp-lo, who the master there in a scene explained he and the others taught him wrong techniques as a joke because he's an idiot(don't know than look up "kungpow wimp lo"). Its funny in the movie, but it's a real, darker reality. Even the main temples are forced to teach that shit. Its sad but its a way for them to survive this world full of pathetic, weakling fuckers. Plus you won't learn any actual gongfu, qigong, taijiquan, or baguazhang anyway for another BIG reason. Most of the masters, grandmasters, their families (if they left a while back), fled out of china(not the first time either, 1970's and san-francisco help?). They are settled almost all over the globe, opening public or private schools. So there is hope to learn the traditional and classic styles, even in the states and southern America. Some actually took their sifu's and/or sigung's advice and trained in other martial arts, which nobody ever knows(because of bullshit tv, movies and mainstream media). My sifu and sigung miss both miss they're homes, but they can't risk going back. It's why I hate the CCP(xinnie the poo is on top of the shit list), confucianism, legalism, mainstream media(eastern and western), and everything wushu.

@@LDOPAdecarboxylase Its now a prayer room, been so for a while now. In fact, they become so commercialized over there they now turned it into a tourist attraction...for a while now too. Its why my sifu and shigung won't go back to it, or china in general. They're both tired of the bullshit wushu incorporated into the forms, and the general heinous shit that goes down there now. That fat ass abbot there is actually involved a sex scandel right now😂 Glad they proved his sweaty ass was up to no good anyways.

Start with learning basic stances and strength training. Then learn forms and their application, weapons come later. A good weapon to start with would be staff, and advance but very fun one would be the 9 Section Chain Whip. Also if you want to learn, I recommend kungfu.life. He teaches very well and explains well. Happy training!

Vandit Sharma Mate, what's up with you and Martial Arts. I have seen like 5 comments from you saying "Indians created Martials Arts" and "India is better than China". Grow up. It's like me going to every gun channel out there and say "The Chinese made gunpowder so we get all the credit". They want to learn CHINESE Martial arts. Idc if Indian martial arts influence Chinese Martial Art because they are two different things. Take America and Britain. Most Americans have roots to Britain but they are classified as two completely different things now. This analogy goes even further because some Americans are descendants of Native Americans and some Chinese Martial arts have no roots to Indian Martial arts. So stop hating on Chinese Martial arts and maybe try to popularize Indian Martial arts? Better usage of time.

Shaolin monks are the official secret troops of ancient China (composed of soldiers and hooligans). Most of the time is practicing kung fu in temples on the mountain. When the people have rebellion or war, they will kill many people (beheading). There are records in Chinese history. They are not real Buddhist monks and Buddhists. The two are very different.
If the monks in Buddhist temples are learning kung fu. The temple becomes a very dangerous place. No one dares to approach. Then the Chinese emperor will not allow Buddhism to exist in China.
    * Chinese Buddhism and Indian Buddhism are different. Chinese Buddhism is popular in East Asia.
Chinese Buddhism is 3 religious combinations 1 . 三教合一 . ( 道Taoism+儒Confucianism+釋Buddhism ). Simple Indian Buddhist ? ancient Chinese do not accept it.
