One year ago I was struggling with 'life' and especially I was very judgemental which was only disturbing my inner peace. I signed up for the one year Shaolin On-line course and I am a different person, so much so that I have just started the course over again this week (week 1 of 52 ). The change is internal. By commiting to the practice on a daily basis I am growing stronger not only physically, but mentally and emotionally and spiritually. Instead of judging others, I am focused on myself and how I can respond in order to remain calm. I cannot say enough about this course.....the best investment I could have made at this time in my life with what is happening in our world today. Thank you Shi Heng Yi.

I am not enlightened. I actually suck as a human. I strive for the betterment of my soul, and that's all I can do. I fail again and again, and my grace from God has worn itself out, but I keep on going on anyway. Don't know why. Even HITLER had people who loved him. Me? Not even my own kids. I must be the biggest piece of shit that ever lived. I hate the guy that is never going away... Me. My trends and habits have hurt people, but there is nothing I can do about that. Still not a murderer.
I cannot believe how many people act so stupid and believe what these guys are saying i mean They are changing the world so it makes sense if you don't change you are gonna have big issues but the Enlighted beings bullcrap is a big bs.
It's a shame that the so called spiritualism must follow spiritual agendas from some council of people who decide that stuff.
My advice make your own way out of the plato cave they made if you want to see true enlightenment progress.

We all make wrongs and rights in the path towards virtue what it matters is learning at least something from our wrongs.
The new era that Shi Heng Yi speaks of is a shift more in feeling than seeing. Your internal mirror will reflect your external projection. This allow you to create your aura in this new era. Your self examination, investigation and Introspection of self will determine how and what you create. It will also reveal if you elevate or stay stuck in mental paradigms of the old dimension and reality.

I've been amazed at how much I've changed in 4 months since waking up. I feel so much peace and my mind is clear. I used to worry so much and those worries are almost all gone now.❤ I have been researching survival prep the past few days tho.😅gotta reel that in, I think.

There is no quick fix for it is an on going process. For me it started with my energy(inner elementals) thoughts and dialogue (how I speak to myself). Self examination, investigation and Introspection. Certain techniques developed from within me. I can elaborate more via email.

Ahhh, the fire! My fire manifest in my teens as rebelliousness, then shift to mama-bear-determination, and now I'm feeling that same fire as a consistent flow of love and so much compassion. It's never left... just changed. ❤ So excited for the new world.

10 years ago I was sick with cancer, in my 20s and healing myself naturally, but in the process I overdid it and maybe rush myself into a process my soul was ready for, and I have had a vision of this world shinning bright in my heart, my belly and my third eye, but body wasn't prepared and my surroundings were aggressive and fearful during my 3day journey. I almost lost it, but luckily the will was there and I returned to hopefully finish the transformation when the time comes. You words resonate and I hope you will travel to Croatia soon or that I will be able to visit in Germany 🌻🙏🏽 blessings

How did you heal up urself?
@@chozen0018 I decided finally to remove the part that was already taken up by the cancer, before that I struggled to let go of it thinking it will take away from my "wholeness" and that for me the only option was to heal through alternative medicine lol and not by undergoing surgery. I had the understanding of how sickness occurs, so I was convinced I can fix it. But sometimes there is collateral damage while we grow and learn and there is nothing we need to add into the mix, rather take out hehehel. So I decided to let go of my cancer knowing already then that in my body with the consciousness I reached through my process, there could not be cancer anymore and that I would heal up fully even without surgery, but that it would take time to reverse the sickness and degrade the tumor into nothingness and that it would require me to stay in this energy and consciousness, which was challenging, not because my heart was weak and unfocused within my intentions, but becuase here I'm of this world and we interact, and I am no martial arts master heheeh, my body was weak from fasting and hostile environment and it needed me to throw down my arms and not push, not pull. I surrendered, the cancer was taken out and I'm grateful to be living my very soul driven life here on this beautiful planet, knowing what's beyond this suffering we experience and witness... Same time the same setting can be the garden of Eden or the gates of hell. Choice is fully ours

never give up. I had a seizure yesterday not knowing reason. fainted last night had to call ambulance due to seizure. but this was the first time getting a misfortune in a way of a blessing. And thank god I'm able to use my energy or change it from one to another. 356 injuries later here I am with that anger and compassion. trying to learn and master time on my watch and enjoying the energies surrounded me that up lift me and I do in return.

Dear master Shi Heng Yi, may I add to the iron will and vision also the third and now most crucial ingredient which connects the polarities mentioned first, which is qi, the life and unconditional love without which there is nothing and no progress or reason for transformation. I am not talking about this in terms of a personal emotion, but love as the actual source energy that we all are. The inner awakening to this awareness will give us step by step guidance when we recognize it as our true being within our forever presence, in which anger is not needed, but rather transformed to the pure beingness that nourishes our every true and pure thought, feeling, perception and action.....Ah, sorry, I spoke too early, as you mentioned compassion in the end.
