This is a really great product. I got one recently and its working really well so far. Very responsive and the chime is a really nice feature along with local storage etc. Google Home integration works well. The company really went above and beyond to fix an Amazon shipping error on the otherhand and even sent me a new unit free of charge. Customer service is really great but the window is between 10pm and 3am so you sort of have to wait a bit... 5/5 for product execution, only compaint is it lacks a proper way to reset it.
I for the life of me can't find where the USB c cable plugs into the doorbell to charge it. the instructions say to plug the cable into the bottom of the doorbell but there isn't a USB c female in that location to plug into. also, where does rhe micro SD card go?

The memory is in the base station so it doesn't require a memory card like the older model?

the charging port is on the back behind little rubber cover, you need to pull it open to see
