Yo I love it! I was trying to get my hands on SKS recently but the price went up so much from when I was younger even in the past 10 years it's insane
It’s been a long time build in the making actually. Mine has been finicky with some parts but it’s a blast to shoot especially in that bull pup kit.
@jissbrown7 my buddy did a build of his SKS and it has magazines like an AK now it's pretty awesome looking it's this kind of olive drab green with this cool conversion kit it's pretty sick! It still has a bayonet lug on it it's pretty awesome I'll have to get some pictures
@@BUZZKILLJRJR nice I removed you front sights that had a grenade luncher attachment lug on mine for a more sleek look on mine.
@@jissbrown7 that's pretty rad ! Keep that grenade launcher lug those parts are going to be worth a lot of cash one day the gun price is going up a lot

Thank man I appreciate the support many more video's coming soon on it with more range footage too. I've been chasing cycling issues with it but I think I figured out the problem now I'll have to try it out again sometime. Looks great! Try using a magpul sling attachment point on the bottom rail and a cheap nylon sling and it will carry on the front of your body in a more modern way.

How did you go about removing the front sight and bayonet lug? I have a yugo SKS and it’s been a pain trying to remove it.
To be honest it's not worth it man I really miss the way my yugo with the gernander launcher and sights how it originally looked like more than my Halo battle rifle looks so my recommendation is find a cheap or already scuffed up mode of sks and do the same to on of those because yugo are very collectible now and hard to come by. But if you must still do it . You can buy a sks sight puller off off Amazon that should do it.
As cool as it looks now I still feel bad for changing such a classic cold war rifle.

I have not seen any Magazines for this gun in a long time I use to buy mine at Academy sports and outdoors now you can probably find some at gunmag warehouse if you shop around a little.
