I found one of these stocks at a gun show for $125 and put it on my Yugo. Love the gun, works great. Also have the same vertical grip on mine, however your foregrip is on backwards.
It took about a week for it to arrive. If you live in Alaska, the shipping is ridiculous. But it's an awesome feeling once you get it and put it all together. Turns your cheap SKS into an awesome tactical rifle.

Can anyone tell me if the company is still active or not? The store says it's permanently closed and they have a website but I can't tell whether it's active or not. I've had a few people say that they purchased a product and have been waiting months to get what they paid for. They also said that they try to contact them about it and have received no emails or phone calls whatsoever. I've heard them tell me that they'll take your money and run with it.
Nice. I'm building one now. Just sent off all the metal to be DLC coated. Made the barrel just over 16" with compensator. BTW, the bolt houses the firing pin, and the bolt carrier houses the bolt. Just thought you might like to know. Anyhow, nice gun. Oh also, there is a conversion to get rid of the tab on the mag, and a bolt conversion to allow for inserting mag with bolt carrier closed, I did them both. Worth it.
Cutting just the front sight would be dumb, but it makes sense if he wants to shorten the barrel a few inches. If I remember right, the standard SKS has a 20 inch barrel, so you could shorten it 3.5 inches for a smaller size and lighter muzzle.

I've been trying to find videos of the kit in use, being fired, and all of them show the door to the chamber (shell deflector) randomly breaking open or falling off entirely. Has this issue been addressed? Out of all the kits I've been researching, this is in the lead as the one I'd like to order. But having shells fire directly in to your face from a door/cover failure and losing the part entirely from a break off isn't acceptable. There are not many live fire videos, they're all older anyhow, and all show that particular failure. Just wondering if it's addressed, thanks.
Cool I also got a norinco type 56 been thinking about doing this is it reversible like will there be any filling or anything else damaging to the original gun?

Seems like the perfect gun for a cut down to 12 inches barrel, essentially a full powered assault round SMG

My son has a SG Works on a 16" Norinco Para Model. He removed front sight from barrel and made a brake. Troy battle sights.
You need to do the bolt Modification to make the work well with the detachable mags.
Good thing is it only takes about 30 seconds with a grinder

That top part is Bolt Carrier. Bottom is Bolt. Why Cut Up front sight? Remove and order a pin or bolt on muzzle device.

I can't find a mag to fit it . I got several 20 rd mags and they won't clip in it . It sucks
Is the mag an aftermarket AK mag? or is it the wierd SKS mag? My chinese norinco needs modern magazines, this chassis would be perfect!

you can see he upgraded the stripper cover with an optional screw kit to address this issue'

Nothing damaging to the rifle. You can just drop the rifle in the stock or take it out if you want.

im having trouble with the rear barrel supports not fitting in im thinking about sanding or removing one
