Ya, that axel nut is usually a bear. In most cases people are looking for a video just to confirm that they are turning it the right way and that the difficulty is normal. If you have to time lapse the video, but show that its not an easy task to just those nuts loose.

nice job man, ive broken something off on the left side of the axle, i dont know if its the carrier itself or if there is something like a ring pressed against it, it looks like soft metal ring with half a piece broken off.. could it be something else or am i fucked... :) in the image at say 3:24 it looks like the piece of metal against the swing arm... im not sure if its the carrier or another part there, it does look like ruff metal underneath as if the carrier.
