Don't move here. It is hell, full of dumb azz democrats, stupid people with no teeth, inbreeding is rampant here and we are getting the hell out. It SUCKS here.
No need to apologize for honesty... so thankful for the info because it helps narrow things down quickly , enabling a well informed decision. Thanks again.
Good job. Great work. Honest opinions. It is hard to find natives with such knowledge and a considerable retrospect over the years. My family and I are moving to Colorado and will definitely send an email. Thank you
Thank you for watching and thank you for the kind words 😃. We always try our best to be as honest and informative as possible. We look forward to your email.
Thank you, ultimately we tried taking the perspective of moving to Colorado and wanting to be close to the mountains. We definitely love Thornton and Loveland is up there as well!
My husband and I are searching for a realtor. Preferably, someone that was raised in Colorado and who has children. We are wanting/ needing to move to Colorado. I’ve searched places but I’m so lost.
Hello thank you for reaching out. Our entire team was born and raised in Colorado some being multigenerational. Feel free to call/text or email us and we can answer any questions you may have 😃
If you’re not a Trumper and/or are LGBTQ, don’t move to the Springs. My wife and I built a beautiful home in the Banning Lewis community only to sell it 2 years later. You can just feel the hate in that city. The mass shooting at Club Q (gay bar) in 2022 was the nail in the coffin for us.
Are you talking about Colorado springs? My son lives there and is not a trumper and is LGBTQ...he says they are accepting there...is he just saying that so I don't worry so much?
I own in CO Springs and I don't understand the shade that is thrown. I never experien Ed this here at all. Had nothing but friendly helpful people and the nature scenery is the top spot in CO. Only thi g I wish would be worked on more is to make Co Springs more energy efficient, green transit like rails, tram something to have a fu actioning grid people can ride so the traffic is not that heavy
Castle Rock number 3..... Well it USED to be a great spot. It is now overgrown, over populated, the historic area now overrun by high rise condos, 7 more high rise condos planned downtown, traffic jams on Wilcox from 0700 to 1900 7 days a week. The town has become over developed and overgrown. We are leaving because of all these factors. Been in Castle Rock for 21 years and it has been completely californicated and ruined. My house will hit the market soon. If you are looking to come to Castle Rock let me know. It is no longer my cup of tea.
Hello and thank you for watching! Castle Rock has definitely changed. I remember my parents driving through @ nighttime. We actually do have a few buyers looking in castle rock, would you mind emailing details?
Hello thank you for reaching out! It all depends on the lifestyle you’re looking for…. If want downtown RiNo would be a great spot. If you want to be outside downtown check out Arista in Broomfield, or Belmar in Lakewood. Also Baseline in Broomfield which is a new area still developing.
Loveland. You missed Loveland. My wife and i moved here in 2018.Live next to lake Loveland,Everything we need is within a mile or two.Ft Collins 15 minute drive. In the Rocky mountain foothills in 10 minutes.Traffic not bad at all.Nice old town area with plenty of bars and restaurants, bike and hiking trails.Check it out sometime.
Bloulder (flaming liberal), Denver & Pueblo (mostly Hispanic) -- the 3 of 4 major cities of CO that are liberal/Democrat voters. Only the 4th city Colorado Springs (El Paso County) leans conservative, probably likewise smaller Castle Rock (Douglas County): Partly because of the 5 military bases and all the military retirees/veterans there maybe? As for the Denver area, I like Littleton, especially the Ken Caryl Ranch area...but don't know how it leans politically. I'm just the opposite of you as I'm not a liberal/Democrat (or into the higher crime, drugs and homeless/street-trash blue cities have -- prefer the Springs and look forward to moving back there in 2 years (when the housing market gets more affordable). -- BR
The problem with Colorado is the crazy liberal laws, including gun laws. The water supply problems are growing and will continue. The eastern, rural conservatives are dominated by Denver. The sanctuary city, BLM activities have got conservatives moving out ASAP. Your cost of living, crime, will sink the place. I moved, sold my ranch and irrigated land and moved 500 miles east, with green grass, timber and water.
Thank you for watching our video. Make sure to subscribe so you don't miss the next video in the series!
"Carado" Springs...cracks me up how Coloradans say it. This should be your top 5 of the front range. These are all Denver-ish places.
Thanks so much for this video! I am looking at moving to Colorado in 2026 and this is super helpful.
You’re welcome, thank you for watching!

I wouldn't move anywhere else other then Arvada. Beautiful city with many many golf courses 😇
Thank you for watching. We love Arvada!
I'm loving you videos...thank you! Am looking to retire in a few years to Colorado and your info is great and fun to watch!
Thank you for those words. We love sharing the info and hearing from viewers. Let us know if you have any lingering questions on the area.
Great video...does Thornton fall into that 2nd Tier? Is Loveland climbing the ranks?

I totally agree with you.
Hi! What city do you recommend for single early 30 year olds without kids looking to rent? I have a dog too :)

Garden of the Gods, the hill climb, walking in neighborhoods, hiking below Pikes Peak.

I would say Boulder, Louisville, Golden would be your best bet 😃

All the old families that settled this state are leaving
And also sometimes even his Voice keeps going in and out there's something wrong with the audio 😇
Thank you for the feedback we will look into it
