I suspect that it'll be next gen only. I think they were struggling too much to back-port even though they had hoped to. So I've not heard any positive news about ps4 :(
@@Vedui42 Hey there, I do mean a slider for how loud certain sound are. I dislike how loud thunder is in game. I would like to change the sound file or reduce the volume. A general slider for weather is not useful enough, as I would have to almost mute weather to bring thunder down to a agreeable level imo :(
For me this rain sounds and Thunder are Perfect... Especially where are you in the middle of nowhere zombies are running and have Feral Sense... And you have only wodden club... And you dont hear them running... Beautiful stuff

Yes a very short alpha. Only a year + ;) So launching same time PC and console is correct, for stable version. Just PC gets the experimental a month or so early, usually. So I suspect that still holds.
I do believe one of their main devs died this past year which I'm sure set them back, outside of the interpersonal difficulties and challenges arise for everybody involved in that.
@@PapaBear_Gaming they have had problems for years. they know how to make a great base game but they don't know how to manage their team or finish the game. they would be finished if not close to going gold if they didn't redo core parts of the game over and over like the skill tree and then have to rebalance stuff or change many things to force people into a certain playstyle The Fun Pimps want instead of letting people play the game in their own way which makes more sense cause this is a sandbox game where you can do want you want.
That was indeed a sad event. However, it came more than 6 months after A22 was supposed to be out, so I wouldn't say that's the main reason. I think it comes down to simply having piss-poor project management/product management. Going from 3 to 12 months. Or 6 to 18 months as in the past, is not accidental, it's just how TFP works :D
The game has been played on consoles already i dont believe pc will get it first. They have said both will be released pc and console at the same time. They have also said consoles will get updates as well.
Hello Harry! We'll see. The problem I see is that while PC is easy to update from experimental to stable, console is not. But it's also possible they skip experimental and go straight to stable, even though that would be a break from their practice last few versions.
I still say the console gamers don't deserve this game after the years of harassment they misguided towards TFP, but at least this might shut them up finally.
Yeah the whole console thing was messy. On one hand TFP should have thought better ahead to protect the console piece, but on the other who'd have thought Telltale, a giant, would fold and leave them all hanging? If anything, most of the blame goes to Telltale,even though the customers ultimately paid the price.
True. In many ways the game has taken steps forward and backwards. Progression definitely got worse in A21. Thousands of magazines, and 95 % were pointless :P

Indeed. A22 was supposed to be a short cycle to just get the bandits in. Now a year later... no bandits ;)
I hope we get a way to adjust weather and especially thunder. The sounds are way too loud.
Ah you mean an audio-slider for weather? I thought there was one for environmental sounds, but the problem normally is that affects more than weather.

It did not :) though it wasn't intended to age, it was sold as a completed game :) not a game in development.
