Normally it's a game of how low I can run the tire pressure before they get so soft that they move around too much in the corners. In this case they were too low and it got WEIRD when it loaded up, so I added a bit. I don't remember the absolute numbers and it depends a lot on the weather, but I usually start around 20psi front/25 rear and then adjust.
Won't break a throttle cable racing the Corvair!
So true! Of course, I don't have to rebuild carbs on this car, so it comes out even, lol
Lots of fun
Thanks, Tom!
A snapped throttle cable is not as bad as having Thanos snap some of your pistons away. That locost looks like a joy to drive.🍺
True!
Beautiful low-cost, did you build the wide body? Where did you get the nose piece? If you recorded the build, please share it on UA-cam. Thanks
Thanks! I bought it about 80% built and have re-done a lot of it, but not the body work, so I don't know the origin.
Still more laps than I got!!!
True, but you were able to drive it home!
@@FlawlessPlanGarage .....ish
Did you increase or decrease tire pressure?
