You just need to mention both the attribute in tag . For example If one table cell is formed like merging of 3 row and 2 column then you have to write like this :

Mam How do we know how many rows and how many colons are there in the table?

Calculate row and column . If table is irregular try to figure out how many max row and column are there and then merge the cell according to table.
