It could be shin splints. You might hear a doctor call it medial tibial stress syndrome. The cause is stress on your shinbone and the connective tissues that attach muscles to your bones. They get inflamed and painful.
This common problem can result from:
Flat feet -- when the impact of a step makes your foot's arch collapse (your doctor will call this overpronation)
Shoes that don’t fit well or provide good support
Working out without warmup or cooldown stretches
Treatment can include:

-Strengthening your foot and tibialis posterior
-Changing your footwear to absorb more impact

Fun fact : this doesnt only happen to athletes or people who are active. I have a neurodisease and my body is in constant overexhaustion and gets worse by doing the smallest of things. My muscles dont get enough oxygen so even though I usually just walk around the house and lie in bed 3/4 of the day I still got shin splints because the muscles just cant take it.

i do hear a lot of running, but i have shin splints bc i do walk a lot each day at work i think each day around 15k to 20k steps, work 4 days a week in a restaurant, and it was gone but now i have it back now, so time to do some training at home to strenghten the shin splint so it doesnt hurt that much, o and i got flat feet so that is the biggest cause why i do have that :((
Get better shoes that support your feet
Go to a running specific store they will help you find a shoe that’s good for your specific foot
@@DJSaez-ll8or I got a pair now, well it still hurts but it is manageable now 8h straight with work 4 days easy 👍😁 my legs is stronger so is my feet too, so every pain is less now, I already had a big pain tolerance so this is nothing 😄
