Dance used to help with my panic attacks before I knew what they were. It helped with my ADHD too. The activity helped me focus and calmed me. As I got older singing replaced it along with drawing. Keep at the gymnastics! 💕

You’re very hypermobile even with the good muscle 😂 you’re so awesome! ❤️ i have a connective tissue disorder and an immune system disorder and I also have PANS symptoms undiagnosed including Tourette’s and seizures and anxiety and depression which are all diagnosed 💖 love your channel it’s really helped me. Exercise is so great!
SKILLS! Very cool! It is interesting how the concentration on the gymnastics helps to calm your mind, i remember watching watching a documentary about a girl who suffered from Narcolepsy and she was training to be a ballerina, and when she was performing she was totally o.k, and only when she stopped would she lapse back into faints etc. On another note, cool wall hangings! Love the Mushrooms one, if you also put LED light strips behind the picture you can make them into shapes etc., to enhance the designs. Late Happy Birthday wishes as well :-)
ive been dancing since i was 4 and a year ago there was a really low point in my life and i hated going to dance, it was the last thing on my mind. it didnt help i had moved up a group but i am in a much better place and i feel the love of dance i used to have and it feels amazing❤

I have chronic nerve pain, and sometimes it’s so hard to make myself do things even if I really am capable, because so often you just don’t want to push through. Seeing such a positive, beautiful person like you pushing through so much and still living life to the fullest is such an inspiration. You mean more to some of us than you will ever know.

i’m a competitive dancer with an unspecified tic disorder and as soon as i dance my tics completely stop. at competitions I barely tic all weekend, it’s insane how being passionate about something can calm tics so much

My mental challenges are nowhere near as severe but I my sport (skating ramps on rollerskates) helps me so so so much dealing with tourettes, adhd and burnout. Love to see you demonatrate physical exercise helps with the mental things and should therefor be facilitated :) Thnx for sharing with us💚

Also do you have uneven bars, beam, or vault in the uk or your gym? Just wondering cause your extremely strong and bars I feel like would be amazing for you with ur flexibility.
