I am so happy that the trip went so well after all. You are such a brave and strong girl. Not everything is easy but you just get through somehow :D I also admire how you listen to your body and mind, that is something i struggle with a lot.
I find the food restricting part of your symptoms very interesting, because it resembles my experience with autism. With autism, there’s things called safe foods, and these are foods that are chosen knowing that each meal will have the same expectations of flavour, texture, etc. This is really fascinating to me, and it makes me feel like I can understand this little part of what you’re going through. I’ve always been labeled as a really picky eater my entire life because of this, and sometimes it makes getting proper nutrition difficult and causes deficiencies.

Your so brave!! I have to get a blood test tomorrow, only two tubes but I’m terrible with blood tests witch is weird as I’m fine with needles. And after that I have to get them every 5 weeks. But I know it’s going to be worth it as I will be able to start HRT soon!

I’ve gotten 28 vials of blood taken before! And with my POTS too it’s really hard for me to do blood tests but I’ve done so many that my body is getting more used to it. And HOME is a really good movie I agree! And yes, I unfortunately do know what you mean by “samples”.
