    Im really new to SIM racing and had ACC two weeks and been really struggling, this Video has made things so much clearer. After watching this my lap time went from 2.31 to 2.28. Thank you so much for your efforts making this video.

      @@petertown9467 nice, i got AC a few months ago and was running around 2:33 but i’ve become a spa pleb with almost 20,000 kilometers driven on it and i’ve got it down to a 2:21.9 but i’ve still got loads of improvements to make

    I consistently hit 2:20. I have the same braking points. I need to work on corner speed and acceleration. One thing that has really helped me recently was thinking of my brakes not as stopping the car, but balancing it through the corners.

    Wow, thank you, thank you very much!
    I'm not the fastest driver, prior to watching this video my time around Spa in the Ferrari was around 2:24, after watching this video and changing my lines and adjusting break points I've already dropped my lap time down to 2:21.6!
    Still not fast, but that was with about 30 mins practice - still loads of time to find, so again thank you for the short simple easy to follow video!!

      Omg I'm exactly the same. I did 2:25 with very little experience on track, now my record is 2.21.3 and I cant consistently do 2:22s.
      Edit: mind you I've had fast sectors and so I can improve. Right now I think I can do a 2:18.

      Can you believe it? I have the exact same lap time and improvement like yours. There was one crazy lucky lap I almost dip into 2:20 category... I have no idea how he did 2:17 which is faster than the fastest real racers.

You drive very well and thanks to your help I have improved a lot compared to what I was before. thanks to your guide I managed to make a 2 16.9 at Spa with the Ferrari 488. I was around 2 18 before and this improvement is only with your help. Thank you a lot and please keep going on with these videos because they are very useful.

    For Pouhon I can recommend the red stripes near the fences on the right side as a reference point.

    thanks for this! i was stuck on a 2:23.3 and knew i could do better. I got a quali setup from a wr holder and used your lines, and managed to set a 2:21.06 in about ~15-20 minutes!

    2:10 for Pouhon you can take the red marker in the Fence on the right as a reference point where to brake.

    The only thing these videos are missing are the HUD so I can see how much and how long you’re on the brakes. I really appreciate all of your videos they are helping me get faster and more consistent times. I’m just 1.5 months in playing ACC and I’m at a 2:25:554 which I know isn’t crazy but a start. Hopefully I can break into the 24’s by the end of the year.

    SimBin's GTR2 Spa 2003 track with bus stop chicane on the left I'm doing 2:17 ish in the Corvette C5R, I've driven Spa on asseto Corsa and just have'nt quite mastered the last chicane yet without spinning out on the exit too many times.

    Nice...I like the track guides. I also think you should consider quick and dirty car setup guides, maybe at each track since they vary. Example, the Porsche, at Spa try another 2 clicks of toe out, and harden the rear bar by a click...etc. I think the aggressive setups are very good as discussed before, but I also think a minor click here and there depending on the car can really bring them in line.

    What a brilliant spa guide!! Way better than any other what I have seen so far, helps so much for a beginner like me!! Great thanks for this!! The only thing I would like to see is your gas and breake Pedal input to see where I have to go with full throttle and how much I have to break in some corners... but your tips to find the way perfect to this difficult track was sooo helpful, thanks and Abo for this!!     2.26 mins when I really tried on Assetto Corsa with a gamepad before I read the guide. As someone who played simcades all my life, playing it is like a wake up call. So much improvements needed before I can even catch up to 2.22 time AI opponents and you'd probably stay in the lead easily!

    Good job man. I like the way how you presented it graphically and verbally. Very good track guide. I could be better if you can pause more and tell more about different car approach because this one is typically for GT3 with rear engine.

    I'm struggling to get into 2:17s with agressive setup...Lambo seems to work better for me, it's just so hard to go flat though eau rouge and stavelot

    Great guide. Hey Brandon, whats your throttle usage through Eau Rouge/Radillon? Are you full-on or letting off, or maybe half-throttle before you start climbing? Thanks!

      i find that full throttle is a little too risky. I usually let off throttle a little bit after the first curb. This way i can consistently take eau rouge without crashing/spinning/cutting in races.
      Then again I use the safe default setup and i run 2 19s so take my advice with a grain of salt!

    Nice video!! I was wondering, when you are on set up we can see you set TC in 4 and TC 2 in 3, i kwew what means TC2 on LMP1 cars( rear wheel traction) but honestly, what means or how does it work on GT3 cars?

    2:10 in the fence to the right there are two red poles that i use as a breaking marker.

    0:32 i have many problems with this famous corner combination.

      that corner is about precision. Try going off throttle a little before entering, and get the turning point right, don't brake if you go past it. Try many times until you can go middle throttle at least

    Yeah... but need to know when you lift off etc. That main curve after the hill, looks like you lift off and stay in 5th when if you didn't you would hit 6th.

    I feel like an idiot sometimes. I basically use agressive setup only, feel quick but never get near to the times you set in the excellent lap guides. I manage 1:24 to 1:26 depending on cars chosen on Spa, for instance. No clue how to improve, setups alone cant explain 10 seconds gap.
    Help?!

      I would love to keep the HUD on but unfortunately I have to record in replay mode which doesn't have it. If I record while I'm driving there is too much lag

    I'm finding it difficult to break into the 2 minute teens...fastest I've got is maybe a 2.20 something, 2.21
    Is this a top speed focus track or a downforce focus track? I've tried for top speed but I can never keep the car under enough control to make up for it in sector 2.
