About Master Sushi Chef Hiroyuki Terada:
Master Sushi Chef Hiroyuki Terada is one of the top Japanese Chefs in the entire world and the most popular Japanese chef on UA-cam.
At age 10, Terada learned the basics of sushi from his father and then went on to attend RKC Chef's School in Kochi, Japan from 1987-1989. He soon earned a nickname for his fast knife, attention to detail, divine presentation and ability to create new dishes and accents based on traditional Japanese cuisine. After graduating RKC Chef School, he was called to serve under Master Chef Kondo at Yuzuan restaurant in Kochi, Japan from 1989-1992. Mr. Kondo is the master of Kansai style cooking, considered to be the high-end of Japanese cuisine. Terada earned the title Master Sushi Chef by becoming the standing head sushi chef & can serve Fugu (Japan Licensed) to the public.

Chef Hiroyuki Terada is using the Minonokuni Matsu-1573 210mm Yanagi. Super Blue Steel. Can also be used for breaking down whole fish and chickens. But normally for slicing, sashimi, vegetables, meat etc.. This is Chef Hiro's custom specked knife.

He’s also a chef at a sushi restaurant in Miami. He makes a lot including UA-cam revenue I’m sure the restaurant covers the majority of the material he buys. He probably makes 6 figures working at the restaurant alone because it’s Miami ofc.

In my home town we had a sushi place that made a "Mikado Roll" It was a California roll topped with smoked salmon. Then cut into 8pcs. Placed into 2 rows of 4 together. Covered with spicy mayo then baked under a broiler. Topped with tobiko. You should make this for us!

Better Ingredients = Better Results. A sushi place I like serves a dish like this. Also no cucumber but rolled in orange smelt eggs. Called "Imperial California Roll." Very delicious. They also make a traditional version for those who don't appreciate the premium.

My family has been growing avacodos for decades, in Placentia, CA and Tumecula, CA. There are a lot of varieties of avacados out there. All grafted, but the best grafter still lives in the Tumecula area. Too the point, the Bacon avacado actually lives up to its name. An avocado the size of a soft ball with a pit the size of a golf ball. The most amazing avocado you will ever taste in your life, but only Express shipping will get it to you in time to eat. Yes, bacon avocado, BLT with extra bacon from the avacado. Look for it, try it if you can find it. Amazing guacamole...Home trees are your first hope, but worth a life time of avacado memories it if you can find just even one. Better than Kobe? Maybe. You need to try one and they are harder to find.

That looks amazing! Of course, I'd never pay $20 for a roll when it's $20 per pound. Besides snow crab is way more tasty and cheaper than king crab. But I love Hiro's style and technique! I'd consider it an honor to eat just one piece

I am not sure if you have already prepared and cooked a coconut crab. If you haven't could you try to prepare and cook one for a video.

If you heat it gently, the king crab from sam’s club or Costco is just as good. I just bought some for $16p/lb. also, I’d have a bachelors degree by now if I spent as much time in school as I do watching this channel.

I wondered if other meats like blue claw crabs(east coast) would be a tasty but economical substitute for the ingredient you used?

It may be a little different but one day can the "camera guy" or Charles try his best to create sushi then you judge and taste his work? Its something different but I think its something fun that would be very entertaining to watch. Keep making great videos and of course have a good afternoon!
