But houses are really cheap in Nigeria or should I say value for money? N450,000,000 is around £265,000. £265,000 will get you one bedroom in outskirts of London.
People should consider buying property in Nigeria for living; lets help boost the local economy

And the £265,000 one-bedroom home is acquired with a 20-30 years loan term (mortgage). To own this in Nigeria, you will have to pay the whole N450,000,000 once or in a few installments. That's not cheap in a country with poor wages.
You shouldnt use drone for the presentation. You could use it for the flyby and intro.. Often when you talking, he is either out of focus, or at a distance and most time out of sync with what you presenting... Also the open roof.. Is there another door that leads to it or must you pass through the master's bedroom to access it...

This house design is awkward. The architect should not have put balconies in all the rooms. There are too many windows that make the rooms less functional. How do you position a bed in any of the rooms upstairs?
The pillar in the master is unnecessary. What is the massive balcony in the master bedroom for.? You can't host guests in there as described by the realtor.

You've said it all. I had similar issues with all the bedrooms. The number of windows are unnecessary.
