    I bought one of the smaller version. So far it has filled my needs. I am going to pick up some more pads this week. Nice video. I had forgotten my Stainless Steel Grill until your video. Thanks

    Every Bauer product I have bought has lasted with above average expectations!

    I have both Bauer polishers. I do wish I'd waited on purchasing the larger 10" and just gotten the 6" as it will meet my needs. I actually use it on the car, but also to scrub the shower tiles from time to time as well. It works well.

      Thanks for watching! They have 3 different sizes, 1.5AH, 3.0AH and 5.0AH. How long they last depends on usage

      @@autotrimmers6353 I have a small car and a small truck, and, while it's been a couple months since I last used it, I recall the 1.5ah worked fine to finish polishing a small vehicle....note that I was running it in small bursts as I waxed panels on the car probably a total of 15 minutes run time overall.
      I've used other Bauer tools and the batteries seem to last comparably to my Porter Cable batteries. I used the Bauer circular saw, and probably made about 80 crosscuts on 2x6s on a single 3.0ah, and still had at least a third if not half the battery charged. Most recently used the 5ah on the Bauer fans on high speed, and they ran 5 to 6 hours at least, granted the fan spinning is a light load.

    I tried it on my car, seemed to of left ghost marks. Ended up purchasing the corded one to be able to maintain speed. I did my whole car with it at first lol

    Thanks Tom for the review. What's the difference between the 3a and 5a battery? Power. I have both and the 5a lasts longer.

    • @TomHorsmanAmateurBBQ
      @TomHorsmanAmateurBBQ  3 роки тому

      Thanks for watching Robert! I dot believe there is a power difference other than the 5 lasts longer than the 3

    • @Uptown59
      @Uptown59 3 роки тому +1

      @@TomHorsmanAmateurBBQ Right, both have the same power rating because both are rated at the same voltage, the 5a has a higher amp hour rating. I own a Harbour Freight blower and there is a big difference between how long the two hold power.

      The 5.0 last alot longer but power is essentially just a wee bit better than the 3.0
