I have this tool as well. I like it a lot. Seems well made. Used it on two cars so far and I got the blue microfiber cloths and use it to mildly scrub the tiles in the bathtub. I agree it's a nice add to the 20v line. I've got most of the Bauer tools, and while I don't use them daily, they meet my DIYer needs well.
How come you decided to sell it off? I’m not really much for auto detailing but I’m too cheap to pay someone else but still want to take care of my vehicles.
Whoops my bad, Jacobsen1450 sorry to post in your post thread...didn't realize I did that. Yeh Derek, once I saw how a 6011 rod bites into 1/4" plate even on 110v, wow that's impressive! But also, I just flat out like welding with stick more than with a wire feeder. Yesterday I ran conduit for 220v in my shop, will be hooking that up today.
I just picked this up an hour ago for 29.99 along with the smaller 6 inch one for the same price I have a bunch of Bauer tools with a bunch of 5 ah batteries already so I couldn’t say no
No those cheap polishers intentionally stall, they're just wax spreaders. They don't have any power for paint correction. That's why it's stalls when you see it.
If they are light scratches a good wax with this should take care of them. But I am in no way a vehicle paint guru so I’d look at some of the detail channels and see what they say.
Honestly that polisher is junk it's only good for applying wax not removing it for polish. As a person whom has used many buffers/polishers over the years that thing is junk.
Thanks for great video on it. Looking at buying one for my son but he'll kill batteries fast and that's all he will have them for. So for him, not worth buying because no batteries to come with it at all. I clean 2 to 3 cars when it's time to wash then wax and polish our vehicles. Batteries that's mine and he won't use or let me show him how. So Christmas present. He'll do girlfriend's fathers truck before mine. Kid's go figure.
*Good **MyBest.Tools** power and rpm😍💯😓😀😂😉😍control.*
Been good so far.

Nice, I am pretty much in the same boat. I never thought of using it to scrub tiles with, but that’s a good idea. Thanks for watching.
Great! Don't forget to buffer & polish your headlights and taillights as well 👍
Polished the headlights just the other day!
@@DereksWorkshopAndProjects is it powerful, doesnt look like its spinning..
I would not call it powerful, but I think the spinning issue has a lot more to do with the camera than the machine.
See? 25 views in only 1 hour. I know reviews might be boring to record. But it’s a great way to get your name out there!
I know it is! I just want a better viewing percentage from my subscribers! Thanks for watching though!
I don't buff jack, but if I did buff, I'd use this buffer. I sold the fc90 today, btw...I'm a stick welder fella now. :)

Nice. I know some people prefer it, I just enjoy the ease of wirefeed.

Question, are you applying too much pressure intentionally? There are times when it’s barely rotating. Just curious.
I’m guessing that is due to the frame rate on the camera making it look that way. I make sure not to put too much pressure on it.

Wait can you use this to compound and polish as well or is this just strictly to wax?
I only use it to buff in wax. I think it is too slow for compound/polish.
Can you use spray wax with it?
I've never used spray wax. I just use the cream kind of waxes. Maguire's and Turtle Wax.
So you use the applicator pad to put on? And then use the other applicator pad to remove
More like buff in but ya.
Got for $39.00 with members ship $32.00 I paid just don't know best wax
Will this get out scratches or what do recommend far as getting a scratches

Where can I get attachments??
Amazon and Harbor Freight are probably your best bets.

As a DIYer that only throws wax on every 6 months, it works fine for me.
