Tried to buy a C8 there and they were by far the worst dealership ever. I would never buy a car there!
I’m always impressed with Roberts level of knowledge. A lot of salesmen don’t know jack.
I live in S.W. Michigan, and both stores are known to me. Never dealt with either, as we have a local Chevrolet dealership in Niles, Mi. My 2023 Silverado 3500 HD Duramax came from a dealer who had it available in Elkhart, IN. Back when I tried to order my 2016 C7 Corvette, Niles couldn't get a allocation for what I wanted. (Z51). I ended up purchasing it from a dealer in Maryland who had a available Z51 allocation, and had the car courtesy delivered to Niles. Only good thing about the Niles dealership on my car's service until their Corvette service tech died.
Our family took our Corvette in the past to Kalamazoo dealership. I was going to reconsider using them and look else where.
This was a different store in holland that isn’t affiliated w Kalamazoo just for clarification

How you doing brother?!!! New to the Corvette family(I've specked and ordered a 2024 ERAY) from Rincon Chevrolet in Rincon, Ga. I was so excited to order, i (stupidly) signed a purchase order with a $10,000 over MSRP hand written doc. Looking at your videos and seeing how dealerships are getting over with these markups, I've come to my senses. I do want my car but in your opinion, how do I get out of that $10,000 mark up? I need some wisdom..

Yeah it $uck$ that people have to get to the point of making a video or going to the local News station to get people to just do the right thing.. I do understand why dealers ask for a deposit as it does take time and cost the dealership money to put an odor together and all that's involved and they don't want people who aren't serious just showing up and saying they want a car when they really don't have the means to pay for one so I get it but that deposit is under the agreement that the dealership can get you the car you ordered and they should just give it back if there unable to complete the transaction whatever reason and not to hold your deposit hostage while they're earning interest on it sitting in there bank account. Just shows how $hitty businesses are these days.

Hey guys, don't bother buying a new Vette from a new car dealer. I have seen so many of the Vettes on used car lots!
If it's not in writing you don't have it.
Rip off artists. Consumer laws clearly protect Joe and we can try to help a lawyer who might do case free or make this dealership pay for fees. Last warning dealership you will lose!

Im, and im sure you're happy that the guys from Kalamazoo were so cool.. and I really hope the guys from Holland gets enough pressure and gives the guy his refund.. The failed to get him a car, and started bumping him down the list.
They were amazing. The sales manager said that he started watching my other videos and enjoyed them as well. 😊
