Your content is amazing
This software is good, but some thing are INCREDIBLY difficult with it, and simple jobs can take hours and hours and be incredibly fiddly. For example, making a comparison table on the screen where text boxes appear as you say the words. The scenes feature in descript means that once youve extended a layer across multiple scenes, it basically becomes uneditable, because if you edit it, the edit only applies to that scene, despite the clip exnteding across multiple scenes. this silly feature has literally meant a simple job has taken me all day. And once you get started with Descript you're stuck in it as you can't easily move to another software. Incredibly frustrating experience I've had and the documentation has nothing about this particular issue that I've been able to find,
I tried to use the upgrade code it said "expired" 🙃
correct microphone and a room/area with minimum echo, closer you are to the mic, the better the sound.
Thank you for this demo. I'm looking forward to creating content with Descript. I'm keen to learn how to introduce a pause or break and influence the rhythm and cadence of the speaker. I will give it a go in the Descript timeline. I believe I can lengthen the timeline and/or add transitions. Feel free to comment with other useful tips.
