Building a cigar box guitar for markets.

Hi all in this video I am building a budget cigar box guitar for market sales. I also discuss the topic of ‘up selling’ as opposed to being a pushy sales person. There is a very big difference.

Really appreciate the tips on how to be more efficient while still retaining a lot of quality. Can I ask how much you would generally ask when selling a build like this?

I am quite curious myself. I've built them for 10+ years for just my personal use. Ive really tried to focus on quality. The last few I've built many people are astounded by the quality and tell me I need to begin selling them, but truthfully to get my money back in lumber and other products along with labour, I would have to charge any where from 250 to 300 dollars here in the US. But every bit of my builds are hand made down to the crafted nuts and bridges. Very curious to see what other builders may get for theirs.

Thanks for the idea about the rivets. I didn't know about tuning issues from strings cutting in to the wood.
