Thank YOU, Mr. Chaplin for all you've shared over the years. God bless and all the best to you and your family...
Daddy Jack will be missed. I loved watching that man cook. You can just tell when a chef loves preparing food and all types of food too. I really hope this channel stays up as a memorial and as an educational resource for future cooks and chefs. Daddy Jack Chaplin really knew how to cook. My deepest sympathy to his family.
Great man, and boy he didn’t charge or sound different over the years…..👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
You are a great chef and your videos are great. I notice you never change throughout the years, you look the same.

"Peace" started being used as a greeting in the 1960s. "'Out' comes from a standard way of finishing a conversation on a two-way radio. So, Daddy Jack, peace and blessings to you and yours. K5KEJ 73 (out).

Congrats, Daddy Jack! So glad I found your channel a year ago. I, for one, would have gone nuts with this pandemic had it not been for you and your family and friends for making these outstanding shows. Food has looked outstanding, the ones that we tried tested as good as they looked, and just the vibes that come across this have been phenomenal. Here’s to another 12, DJ!!! Keep on CWTB!!!

Some have said "Cooking is an art, baking is a science." This man really personifies the intuitive know-how and common sense of cooking, taking natural cues from the ingredients as the dish develops in order to bring out the absolute best in the finished product.
