when i open my restaurant ima put Jack on the wall of my inspiration. the swagger of this man in the kitchen gave me the confidence to cook on all 4 burners and food in the oven!
So sorry I missed this guy and his restaurant. But it is a long drive from coastal Oregon to New London. I do regret not meeting the man and being treated to his kitchen skills.
I've been so hooked to watching chef Jack on UA-cam at 2 or 3 am and can't get enough, I'm so lucky to live next door in Woonsocket , RI!! Chef your menu is on my Bucket List and I'll be down to try everything in one night!!! French Laundry can wait for me now cause you Rock It Jack!!!! Luv the girl with the curls and one eye💋

I have watched Jack on "Cooking with the Blues" on my local cable channel for quite a while now, I love cooking myself, and I am happy to see he has opened a restaurant in New London.
