I ordered solenoids from Amazon and replaced both. The codes came back, not sure if it’s because cheap parts because my car doesn’t sound like a timing chain issue I will buy the original solenoids and hope that does the job and clears the code.

I broke off the 8 mm bolt when reinstalling because I put too much torque on it. Used all the methods to try and remove the bolt but no luck. What now? Do I need to replace the valve cover? Ty

I’m curious. I bought the parts off Amazon and replaced them. I’m curious if it’s possible to put the wrong one in the wrong position? I see there is one actuator that has a grey top and one that’s black. Is it possible to accidentally reverse them by accident?

Are they the same sensors for both sides ? I bought both and they are not labeled and I want to make sure

I'm not sure but on dual overhead cam engines the camshafts are the same size so probably
