I like how Harald is basically the odd one out, he fully loved his brother and never wanted to kill him, but Rollo and Hvstik and Ivar being the younger siblings fought against their brothers for solid reasons. And after Harald confesses what he did, I like how Rollo says, "I tried to kill MY brother once" so casually, it gets a little awkward and Ivar is silently saying, "Uh...can we not talk about that?" And luckily the subject changes.
Except they didn’t fight for solid reasons. If it was a private matter it would be different but causing a civil war resulting in hundreds if not thousand of deaths has no justifications.

Rollo was disappointed of Harald for killing his brother, you can see it in his face. Even the infamous rollo, that betrayed his people, has more honor and decency than Ivar and Harald. You fight your brother, but you don't kill him. You dominate your brother, but you don't treat him like a dog. I love this scene
I really want to see Ivar die during the sixth season. He's a despicable character in every way, shape and form. Hvitserk would have been much better off going home with Ubbe instead of staying behind with Ivar, and Rollo has become an amazing character by this point, traitor or not.

I think the reason Rollo likes Hvitserk is because he reminds him of his former self. Hvitserk also always stayed in the shadows of his brothers. But just like Rollo, Hvitserk survived and became important at the end.

I think he has a limp, along with several aches. Keep in mind that he got trampled on by several horses back in Wessex, the damage was likely permanent and is now felt more with old age. As for the drink itself, IDK for sure, but I'd wager it's made using poppy seeds to ease the pain.
I like how ivar is very nice in the presence of rollo. They may not hate eachother but believe me he dare not push him over the edge while sitting right next to him. I believe Rollo would kill everybody in that room had they tried to attack him. He's such a brute!

Really hate how these later seasons had these brothers fighting each other and lagertha when they could have been just chillin and raiding. Ivar killing siggard was legit terrible writing.
1. In the actual scene Ivar took him by surprise. By saying 1v1 you're suggesting it was like Haraldson vs Ragnar or Ubbe vs Frodo. It wasn't. 2. You're talking as if Bjorn is actually dead, we haven't seen what happened after it was the end of the episode and that's it. 3. We don't know if Ivar literally killed him or if it was a vision. 4. In an actual 1v1 Bjorn would annihilate Ivar and there is nothing you can say to change anyone's mind, it's a fact.
I wouldnt in any way say that but I would say it's still as good as with ragnar just it goes about the whole thing differently since now we have way more main characters as of opposed to just floki rollo ragnar lagretha and the priest.. like now there are well over 10
well, the battles are better and they have much more buildup. But the characters don't seem to have goals. One moment Bjorn wants to go the mediterenian and then the next he wants to fight for Kattegat; Ubbe wants revenge for his mother but fights for Lagertha; Hvetserk is just a follower. For a moment, I believed he would stop following people because of the Monk that taught him about the Buddha. don't cling onto the banks of the river(life) or something, so I thought he would go on his path instead of fighting for others. But, the buddha was never mentioned again.
Hvitserk actor is cringe as fuck. Alex Hogh, on the other hand, seems like the kind of actor you can provide with a crap script and he could still act the fuck out of it.

I wouldnt in any way say that but I would say it's still as good as with ragnar just it goes about the whole thing differently since now we have way more main characters as of opposed to just floki rollo ragnar lagretha and the priest.. like now there are well over 10
well, the battles are better and they have much more buildup. But the characters don't seem to have goals. One moment Bjorn wants to go the mediterenian and then the next he wants to fight for Kattegat; Ubbe wants revenge for his mother but fights for Lagertha; Hvetserk is just a follower. For a moment, I believed he would stop following people because of the Monk that taught him about the Buddha. don't cling onto the banks of the river(life) or something, so I thought he would go on his path instead of fighting for others. But, the buddha was never mentioned again.
