So much fun hearing about all your doll adventures. I also love the NC Museum of Dolls, Toys and Miniatures. Loved the 2023 Spark Campaign. I love all your patterns and I have tons. So excited to have time to sew after August.
Awesome catch-up! You have been busy, and thank you so much for all the inspiration and fun!! You add so much excitement and fun to the doll and sewing community! 🎉❤
Thanks for all the catch up news and events and patterns- love it. Congrats with your new girls hope they bring you a lot of joy. Have fun and keep the sparkles on. Lovies Yetta💕
Many thanks for all the work you do. 😘 thank you for meeting all the expectations of collectors (smart doll, Grace mary fitzpatrick, .etc...). your work and your videos are remarkable 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 the smart doll received is absolutely sublime ❤❤❤
Please do a video on the new Smartdoll pattern, Summer. I have that pattern for EID, but the pants are confusing. Thank you for sharing all the information with us. I love your channel.
Enjoyed your catch-up video! You’ve been busy w/ all your events & new doll collection! I love the smartdolls, especially the new Pear body….been teaching myself how to make patterns for that shape…it’s been fun!
The "Madame Alexander" doll you show at 12;37 looks to me like it's actually a vintage Vogue Ginny. Ginny was the same size as Madame Alexander's 8" Wendy dolls and preceded Wendy in the 1950's. I had both Ginny and Wendy as a child, and loved them both. The Ginny dolls had a huge wardrobe of separate fashions that were available, and the also fit Wendy, who had much fewer (and much more expensive) outfits. It's possible your lovely Ginny is wearing a Madame Alexander dress, and was misidentified as a result. The doll's socks (and probably shoes, though they are harder to identify from the video) look like Ginny items.
Hope things go well with your mom. 😊 How you made this video is very professional. Like I'm watching a regular TV channel's feature report. So cool! Love your new dolls. .. super cute
Lovely video Tamara. Make by first Designs by Jude doll outfit for my new Neema. Also bought the red head Grace and she IS STILL IN THE BOX! A Smart Doll is definitely a doll I hope to get at some point soon.. Thanks for all of your work and videos
I am playing catch up after returning home after a month in Florida. I have added to my collection too. I also got a Blythe, and two Tonners. Emme and a 22 inch American model. I have ordered 2 of your patterns for her from you. I am looking forward to see more of your new designs. Stay well and safe. Sorry your Pfaff gave up the ghost. Glad it's up and running again.
I know what you nean about the afros. I bought a standard Barbie with an AMAZING afro for my granddaughter, but i cant bring myself to part with her, shes SO beautiful. She has the standard 5 points of articulation, shes not MTM, and I've toyed with giving her an MTM body ....but i have a hard time interfering with the integrity of the doll. So she will probably keep her body but i plan to make her a truly stunning evening outfit. And an authentic African dress, if possible
