I'm gonna be honest with you, you are the first creator that i donated to. From the way you talk you seem a very kind person so i wanted to send a small thankyou and i hope to see your channel grow really fast beacause you deserve it. (English is not my first language, sorry for any mistakes)😅😊
@@3quinox578 your English is perfect! And that makes the donation even more special, I feel very lucky to be your first! Again thank you so much for the support and I'm glad you're enjoying the series! 🙂
@@Kysen hi,i just got medieval dynasty on ps5 and was wondering if the oxbow map you played on was a dlc,on p5 i only have 1 map with a long river going left to right.great vids and everyone is right about your voice and the way you chill through this game.
I am glad to see some more recent information on this game. Most of the content out there is outdated. I was looking for information on livestock and I was like "Now, I know I didn't pay 500s for chickens."
Winter is here! To answer one of your questions, I never use the wagoners, they are way too expensive and running is usually fine if you manage to avoid wolves and bears early on. Later on I used to hunt them and will probably do the same in my new game. As for farming, I do cabbage early on for potage and sell any unused one, plus doing pigs as well for the manure. I then expand my field and do oats and rye for the animal feed since they can be done on one field in different seasons, that line up perfectly. Get yourself a mine near your settlement and start getting the ores for better tools :) I am in year 3 now with 5 villagers a bunch of buildings and about 10k coins. Enjoying your series a lot mate!
The Wagoners got a big buff in their costs. They are like 50% cheaper than they used to be. Still not worth it if you have a mount really. But if you're on foot it might be worth it if you're encumbered. You also have to pay more if you're encumbered, lol.
@Kysen I like your style of videos;very concise and straight to points. Even the points of making mistakes, which I love as it adds to the authenticity of it.
Absolutely loving this series! I love this game! That being said your Valheim content is literally the best in the business! I unfortunately missed the charity stream we were having our first grandchild! I know it’s a ton of work but if you could sprinkle in a couple hardcore Viking videos as well I’m pretty sure it would end global warming lol!
you can name your houses, and animals, go to management, click on house, click the key H then name the house. go to the animals building, open the details and click on animal, click H and name them.
The only animal I ever bother with is the horse. You can make so much money from farming and mining that you can easily buy everything that the animals produce and you save the headache of dealing with them. Of course you are doing 3 day seasons while I do 10-15 day seasons giving me plenty of time to mine all caves every season. There are 7 minable caves on the map.
You lose a fair amount of production by not having workers in the Husbandry buildings. The nests and manure on floors of buildings aren't collected by the workers, so you can collect those yourself if you need or want those resources right away. You'll get a tonne of manure from all the animals by picking it up yourself, good to make Fertilizer early on. Also if you build some little fences around your Husbandry buildings, the animals will not pass them, so you can keep them from wandering :)
@@Kysen No worries, enjoying the series :) One other thing I was going to say since you're not using fast crafting, you may already know about. If you're going to do a really big craft and don't want to waste a huge part of a day, you can do it right at the end of the season and it won't flip until you finish crafting. So you can cook like 400 meat or something at 11:50pm and the new season won't start until you finish crafting. Plus you get teleported home at the end of the season, so if you wanted to mine out a cave you could pile up all the ores in one spot then pick them up just before the night ends and bring them home like that. Kinda cheesy though. I prefer to just build a storage at the mine.
@@Mobscene_CDN yeah trying not to do things like that yet but may do later in the series. Just going for a more roleplay style at the start of this playthrough then later I may change that 🙂
Talking about mining for anyone who didn't know just on the North East of Piastovia where the three roads meet and form a triangle is another cave. That one is very rich in copper and tin deposits. Excelellnt stomping ground for your early game mining.
If you haven't figured it out already, b/c I know you have more videos and I am just not caught up, you can go to the game settings and turn on group crafting. It'll craft all 100 in one go and its much less time consuming.
pigs pigs and more pigs the need for fertiziser is great in this game and pigs are the answer, and you need workers to make them productive and reproduce
This game has come to game pass for Xbox and found your videos I've learned so much in the 3 videos haha the info I have now it's going to help thank you for the videos very informative keep up the great work
I've been putting off watching this series so there would be lots, now I'm hooked. I wonder if grinding the wheat grain into flower would have increased the profit!?!
You don't need to, no. Though, I prefer to place fences around their buildings personally because that way I don't have animals all over the place and I know where they are
I have only caught up with your LP until now, so you mightve fixed that already, but I would like to have a more fitting music during timelapses. Something medieval sounding maybe? That song used here is so generic, it doesnt reflect the game.
I have thus far continued to run everywhere v use the time bending cart. Part of that may be that I had a mount and the ability to craft good weapons before it was added do I did not need it to save time or for safety- if you fast travel you miss things! A mount can be named- not sure about the other animals but if they can it will be via the menu in the animal tab
A small thankyou 😊
Wow thank you so much! You are my first ever Super Thanks on a video so this really means a lot

Thanks for the tips and such. I enjoy hearing how different people play this game, gives me lots of ideas :)
Loot doesn’t show up if you hold alt but things you dropped do. This includes arrows/ bolts after being shot
Thanks! 🙂
During winter, make snowballs and hit the animals with them to get them out of the build plots
My first Super, and it's thanks to you!

I keep pigs. Manure is good for fertilizer. I just buy feed. I do 7 day seasons.
Dude i laughed to hard on that dad joke 😂 great series btw, binge watching atm and i love the content! Good job m8! 😁
Hey man I’m loving this series and just getting into the game myself, please keep this series going ! Thanks for the hard work your putting in man 👌🏻

Last time I remember the animals can’t die just produce slower when not feed
I thought they may wander off but idk for sure
Animal can't die or wander off, but they won't reproduce if not feed and productivity might be affected but not completely off
Im a newby so thanks for this great advice!
Good clear walkthorugh, thank you.
Episode 4! Lets Goooo!
This a great series, thank you!
Thank you, glad you enjoy it

I wonder if grinding the wheat grain into flower would have increased the profit!?!
My game looks different. Is there other versions ? Or does it change with the console used I play on pc
There is a cave like 100-200m east of piastovia, follow the road
Thanks I'll check it out! :)
Love this series. Also 100k sub stream?
Definitely! I will do a few 100K celebrations but a stream will for sure be part of it :)
do you need to fence the animals in?
You don't need to, no. Though, I prefer to place fences around their buildings personally because that way I don't have animals all over the place and I know where they are
Enjoying this .vary much
I'm glad, I am too! And thanks for subscribing :)
I would love to play this game, but I don't think i would have the time to dedicate to it! I will enjoy it through your gameplay instead!
Fair enough. You can customise the game to make it play faster than I am, just so you know :) I am just doing it the default way for the content
Thank you for sowing locations on the map 😊
No worries, it was a great idea! :)
Yes, please do a video on mining as that's my next item on the agenda for my village.
Hi just found your vid love them very well done 👍 do you know when the oxbow hits console ?
Thank you, and I don't think they have set a release date yet
@@Kysen thank you yeah I could find anything on it love this game and really enjoying you vids on it 👍👍
whats the music about 14mins in? Great video, got back into MD so just working through your videos whilst playing. Keep it up :)
Winter is coming.
I’ll just watch this while I cook 600 meat 🥲
Rooster name sugestion, how about "Sir Pecks-a-Lot" or "Poultrygeist" :D
I looooove how he says 'BO'EL OF WO'A'
Curious why you opted not to get more villagers?
