I tried to improvise a solo in the key of F over the chords presented here, but it didn't sound right. I had also tried it previously on a chord structure I learned from the web. Any ideas on an approach that might work. Perhaps it shifts into a different key during the chord progression? Thank you!
Hi jonnythegreek. The easiest solution is to probably learn the actual flute solo on guitar and then use that as a basis to improvise as needed. I have made a lesson on the flute solo which will be available on my channel tomorrow (Monday). I hope it helps you. Ivor

There is another chord played at the very end of the original after the final Fmaj7. It is quite dissonant, and I need help figuring out what it is. Ya have to check out the original recording to hear it. It adds a lot of poignancy to the song. Makes it into a sort of plea, or adds an almost tragic twist? Can you help me figure out what it is? Thanks! :)
