My main is a bishop and it’s only lvl 233 burning. I have about a 2 hour play window every day, all day weekends. It’s the only character I have on reboot do you think I should keep playing it or make links/legion?
Link Skills via other characters will always help in the immediate and long run. Each character has its perks in terms of skill, including IED, Damage%, Boss%, Crit%, etc etc. If you ever get bored or feel stuck with your Bishop, making a new character to help with link skills might be a nice pass time. Skill Levels are 1/2/3*, with character levels being 70/120/210 respectively.
I wish my account was in reboot due to the meso difference, but im too lazy to start over, the amount a main could make in reboot is nuts, just up to normal lucid in reboot is what i make with my main and mules going up to lucid together lol
I remember playing a private server way back in the day but honestly reboot feels like a private server with all the cube/flame and starforcing you can do nowadays
so I should get around 70% drop rate and then rest of the equipments I should get mesos until I have 100% in total from equipments. The remaining equipments go towards droprate.

Meso gear isn't that important. It's useful for your first character early on because you don't have boss mules built up. But in the mid game and above, it's almost useless compared to boss mules. Drop rate increases droplets from the arcane River as well as familiar cards, which is far, far more lucrative than meso obtained. Droplets alone are 50m a piece, and with 300+ drop (at least during the totem days) is get four or five, so that basically was 200-250m , plus the four hundred or so familiars. That alone is easily worth the 350-400m you would've gotten from meso rate. Then you also have to factor in boss drops, boss cubes, boss flames and so on and drop rate is the brutally obvious winner. My boss mules make up about 8b a week. With the amount of grind i do at 266, i only make about 200m an hour with legion and IA. So if i sacrificed 100% drop, I'd only make another 150ish pretty grind session, which usually only happens for about 3 hours a week max. I'd rather take the extra nodes, boss drops, and erda energy(6th job node equivalent). I'm telling for hybrid lines right now, but drop is absolutely king.
definitely depends on how efficient u are with grinding - meso gear is always worth i make 600m/h at moonbridge on khali and it stacks up per wap. i also make around 9-10b a week with bossing but if you're grinding for 275 without meso gear you're trolling
Yeah for sure drop will be king, in a perfect world everyone can just roll drop and mesos on accessories that'd be fine with me, plus i wouldn't recommend rolling off item drop just to try get mesos, i'd move onto the next piece that doesnt have a good potential for sure. and in the long run i agree you would ideally end up with boss mules because it's more mesos/hr plus you'd have a phat legion anyways, but who is going out doing that before drop/mesos gear.
@@johnpatrick3096 I did already? Started out with max meso with all extra buffs, then swapped out all out for drop. I'm at 407 drop with WAP and have been that way for the past two years. Drop absolutely has been a better deal.

Mesos obtained +10 line on familiars actually counts as mesos obtained + 10% towards the meso cap :)

Ursus 2x time is twice a day - the one I know is 7pm utc daily for I think 2 hours?

Try making drop/meso gear then farm and tell us if it's not worth it.
