Literally everything you said is exactly what I've been doing from enjoying the game at the beginning and trying to main Shade even though they're not the strongest, straight up doppelganger.
I've watched/read quite a few gear progression guides and so many of them just breeze through the beginning and say "just get cra gear" when the gap between the 140 pensalir set and cra gear is so astronomically huge for new players it's crazy that's it's skimmed through like an afternote. Basically if you aren't in a helpful guild or have a friend to help carry you to get cra this is pretty the wall where people quit. I think people who have been playing for so many years have forgotten just how much of a hurdle/leap it is to go from everything before it to CRA gear. To put it into perspective all the daily and weekly bosses up to that point have around 5b-10b or so hp so you can pretty much fumble and burst your way through them but then for the first big gear hurdle (cra) the bosses have 80B-200B hp which is 10x-20x more of a gear check than previous opponents.
All the guides literally do this! And I had a long standing account so I sold some of my retro crap to get this "basic" gear and I still can't even make a dent on a serious boss. All the guides say "build up so you can kill the bosses to make money" I currently have nearly full absolab, all link skills, and decent legion and can't beat a boss that pays more than 10mil a week... So by next year I can buy something nice to progress to the next step 😅😅😅
All Maplestory guides feel like they're made for people who already have hundreds if not thousands of hours. As a completely new player, I'm totally lost within the first 2 minutes of practically every UA-cam video I watch. Wtf even is this game
Maple has a lot of players that have stuck around for years (sometimes a decade+) so a lot of newer players trying to get into it can easily get lost in translation, and those players & most places online don't detail out a lot of the early game, or how to get into it too easily for newer players without just outright giving a giant guideline without explaining anything. I try to make these videos easier to digest for newer players as best I can, but this game just has so much going on, it's hard to cover everything thoroughly!
Don't feel discouraged I've had 3 different eras of playing maple in my life, from old school, to post big bang, to this year and I'm still COMPLETELY lost 90% of the time. It's just the nature of the game that it is too hard to keep up with if you take 6months or more off 😅
I've been playing this game since I cannot remember, probably around their first year, and I still struggle to defeat chaos vellum and I'm level 272 😂😂😂 I wish I could go around asking for "mesos plz" as the old days, since I dont know how this people get funds for equipment, also cry when entering the action house and see all the things I cannot buy 😂😂😂😂
I 100% agree, its been a huge pain to push further in the game. I get on 1-2 times a year for a couples weeks at most before getting lost again and stopping lol basically just end up leveling alts Something people overlook in any game seems to be abbreviations. It just seems to go over peoples heads when theyre talking to new players.
That's why the asterisk(*) is there! I said it wrong and didn't catch the mistake until the video was already uploaded and had people point it out to me, so I did what I could making a correction in the captions
As a note regarding the secondaries. Besides the exceptions mentioned in the video (DB, Kanna, Demons, Shield classes). The BiS for Kaiser and AB are the evolab secondaries, not Princess No. Evolab will be removed in the New Age update in November, however the evolab secondaries will remain in the game and be sold by the general vendor.
Shields can be star forced, which at higher tiers gets a ton more stats than secondaries could. It depends on which classes you'd want shield over secondary for (yes to all staff mages & shadower, no to all 2h warriors like hero, dawn warrior, and paladin, etc), but generally speaking if it has a shield they'll more than likely use that instead of any type of secondary
@@Decatei That's nice to know. At which point would you do the swap? Is 16-17* already better or do you need to hit the 20-22* mark for it to be actually worth it over different upgrades?
Hey, new player, well returning from the pre-pirate days. I appreciate the work you put in to the guide, but I have some feedback. And I notice this in most other content creators videos as well. Its like you give us almost all the information we need but leave out the most important parts. I'm 1:30 into the video where you just said that you can use frozen set until pensalir. But how do we get pensalir? Is it purchased? Do we farm for it? Where do we farm for it? And WTF is astrolab? I don't see it in the guide on any of the tabs. Nothing comes up if you search the map for Astrolab. And I know I can just google it and search for the answers to these questions, but the entire reason I pull up a video is so that I can keep playing while gaining knowledge about the game. Just notes if you plan to update this video in the future. I guess I'll look for another video.
For reference. Pensalir is dropped by mobs around level 135-150 by just killing them. Absolab equipment can be received by doing both things below together. 1. Doing the weekly haven and dark world tree quests in the yellow lightbulb quest icon. Doing all the quests gives 20 items which you need a total of 120 of from Haven. And 140 of from Dark world tree. Can do them on multiple characters at level 200+ to speed things up. Ex. I have 2 level 200+ characters so it takes me 4 weeks in total to get the 120 and 140 items. 2. Killing normal lotus and Damien weekly ( you’ll need at LEAST 5-6 million combat power to solo, 1-2 mill to contribute to a party) they drop 1-4 items that lets you trade both them and the haven/DWT items for coins which can be used in the DWT/haven towns to buy absolab equipment by talking to NPCs there
I left out Oz rings from this mainly because I wanted to focus on general gear people want to aim for, also because I didn't understand them completely at the time. They're very good! The go-to amazing ones are obviously Ring of Restraint like you said, and others like Weapon Jump and Continuous etc. They're a very situational item (usually for burst) and most of them also aren't too terribly useful outside of bosses
Thank you! And sure, threw this together for you since I mostly had this all written down already. Here you go! docs.google.com/document/d/1EQaNxNQHmvFj4vy2exxfx-P93Q41DR_jdp8b8kNK668/
Super great video, can you elaborate on when you should party/get carried in harder bosses, vs solo. My current position is i have 3 CRA and the rest absolab, but i cant really dent any hard/chaos tier bosses so the ones i can kill are nearly insta kills, and the rest i can even scratch the hp bar if i fight for 5-10 min straight
In my opinion partying with others at any possible chance you can get is more worth it for learning the mechanics, a lot of which carry over to future bosses! As for the gap between 1-shotting and fighting bigger bosses that seem to take no damage, that's usually due to a lack of some stat, such as ignore enemy defense (IED), arcane force (or sacred force for Seren & onward), % boss damage, % attack or magic attack, trinodes and/or skill nodes too low in level, your character being too low-leveled, hyper stats, lacking proper links or legion, or gear not having high enough potentials or star force. There's a lot of factors for making a boss easier or doable, but usually the main culprit for people is lacking % boss damage, % attack, and % IED. They help out a LOT for bigger bosses
@@Decatei wow thanks for the quick reply. I'll have to double check my gear I know I have some of those bonuses from the set bonuses, links, etc and have begun to spend money to get cubes for WSE good potentials. Working slowly at better legion and link skills where necessary. I think I also have to do some pre quests for Magnus/PB/etc to see where I stand against those tier of bosses
As an F/P you'd want both a staff AND shield, since you can use a shield with both staff and wand. Also staff has more magic attack and att speed doesn't effect spell speed for most mage skills nowadays, so a slow staff vs a fast wand doesn't really matter
What would be BIS items that a main 235 character should have? I want to understand what I should aim for. I ve seen people having full set of absolab. Others having combination of full set root bays and 4 components of absolab. What would be the best comb at this level?
While the set bonus itself is fine, nowadays it's more trouble than it's worth to grind out all those prequests early on and spend however many weeks it'll take to either farm the set or squares to get set pieces from Cygnus. I still love how the set looks, mainly the weapons but some of the armor too, but other than vanity it's vastly outclassed by the other power creeped sets nowadays that are way quicker to farm for.
I genuinely forgot that was still available honestly. It's a good totem on it's own! The afterlands ones outclass it by a fair bit, but the floaty little fox effect is awesome.
Small nitpick: Specifically for starforcing, weapons are actually usually the worst to upgrade past 15* efficiency wise. They give lower stats/attack beyond 15* as compared to armors and accessories. There are exceptions, mainly for classes reliant ring swapping and weapon jump rings, but for the most part, mesos should be invested into armors if possible. I often keep my weapon 2-3* behind my armors if possible, though in reboot you're most likely gated by dupes rather than mesos.
Sorry to ask i didnt really understand the Gear part Pensalir -> Absolab -> CRA -> Arcane Gears. Would this be the order from starting to end game gear?
Yes, though CRA before AbsoLab since those bosses are a bit easier! Pensalir/sweetwater weapon optional but gives decent stats -> boss set & CRA -> AbsoLab -> Arcane & pitched boss
Yoo, thank you for the cube tips at the end, i was spending a lot in hard cubes. ALSO, maybe a honorable mention to Silent Cruzade equips? Ik they trash, but it took me a while to get pb belt and magnus shoulder...
While I'd have loved to normally mention silent crusade gear in general, I didn't wanna outdate myself so soon as all of silent crusade (quests, boss portals, and gear) are all being removed in a couple months. Or at least, they were removed from KMS and GMS will most likely follow soon after. Their equips aren't trash and their set bonus is fairly alright! Good/easyish gear to get for the time being, but it won't be around much longer
For reboot I feel they aren't really worth the coins most of the time, unless you are having extremely bad luck on boss accessory drops and need to pad your star force for star force maps. The meso bags are ultimately more useful while you still lack meso gear and can't kill weekly bosses.
So idk if I'm doing something wrong but Pensalir to CRA gear feels like such a monumental leap to reach. I took a lot of time off my main to get to ~4.2k legion and all the good lvl 2 links but I just can't seem to reach the damage needed to beat any of the bosses. Edit: no clue if anyone would bother to respond but figured id mention im NA Reboot
If you filled out your links and legion that much, you should have enough to take on CRA bosses. Getting more boss items part of the boss set for extra stats, making sure you have a good amount of %boss (around minimum 50-100 or more) and %Ignore Enemy Defense (around 80% or more). Also, since they changed star forcing, you can safely get your gear up to 15 stars without booming! Pensalir, utgard, or if you wanted some early weapon with built-in %stats - Sweetwater from doing a few voyages or CPQ. Familiars can get you a bit more %IED too, even at the lowest rarity they can still get 15% IED lines. Also don't forget monster park red/green pots, or blue if you're a mage class. And since you have some legion, if you have any coins lying around, the legion attack gives a nice 30 attack. Sorry for the wordwall, but I hope any of this helps!
Thanks for the replies folks. The character I'm most interested in is my 206 Adelle but I've mostly been chipping away at the levels with events so I basically have zero nodes to work with. IED is also something I struggle with but I haven't tinkered with a proper boss setup for my legion board which could help, and I also need to admit that Familiars are completely foreign to me, I had no idea I could get decent stats off them.
I always wondered about the ruin force shield for DA and DS. Since you take more damage from even %hp attacks, how much does it really affect your survivability? Having been part of some HLucid and HWill and HLomien boss parties, wouldn't a lot more attacks become oneshots?
Not an expert on DA/DS, but looking it up yeah it seems like the %FD boost is useful on most bosses, but other later ones like you mentioned way harder because of the extra damage taken. I'd say it mostly boils down to the boss and how well you understand their mechanics, mixed with their map-wide attacks etc.
Is there an easy way to have absolab set? And where to farm a cra set? just new here. Btw i dont have legion yet so beating chaos bosses are hard for me.
CRA comes from Root Abyss, through a little questline in the lightbulb starting at around 140 or so. Unlocking chaos mode requires you to fight the normal mode bosses 5 times each. Takes a bit of time and some investment into some gear but it doesn't get replaced for a WHILE. You can get a fake AbsoLab weapon through burning events which helps a little, but everything else will come through the cores that drop from Lotus/Damien, and scrapyard/dark world tree weeklies. Legion and link skills help a fair bit! Even if they're the lower level ones they still help early on a good amount. Also try to do lower bosses like normal zakum, hilla, magnus, horntail, etc. daily until you get the normal boss set items!
For hyper-burning characters with the temporary CRA set, should we use our meso to star force and potential the real CRA set to unique/legendary right?
It depends if you want a nice chunk of damage for a little while early on, vs if you have easy access to harder bosses through consistent boss parties. The dominator will be used for a little while longer if you don't get lucky from running normal Arkarium daily. The AbsoLab weapon is nice and useful for getting bosses back up to lotus and damien, and makes fighting them earlier a little more comfortable. Both eventually get replaced, but Abso is the biggest immediate damage upgrade if you have neither as the real deal quite yet
I feel like everyone says just do the dailys for absolab gear, but im not able to kill damien or lotus so the dailys arnt how you get the gear, you have to be able to down a hard boss THEN do the dailys or am i dumb??? Can i convert the coins without killin the bosses?
Got bat to the game after maaaaany years. So at level 140, should I get pensalir > upgrade pensalir > level up to 200 > get absolab > upgrade absolab > get arcane armor (if I can) > gg?
Yeah! Pensalir is more than good enough nowadays to reach 200, even with very light upgrades. Absolab and CRA/fafnir helps a lot, and there's not many other midway points between absolab and arcane with the same amount of gains from set bonus and clean stats, etc. Eternals is the only current thing past arcane, but that's at lv. 265/270 onward and quite a ways away for most people atm
From worst to best, it goes gray -> white -> blue -> purple -> orange/yellowish -> green -> magenta/hot pink! This color glows around the actual equipment too, and the item color goes up corresponding with the flame, and how much you scrolled/enhanced it. I'm not sure if they have specific tier names. If you're meaning the outline around the equips in a square, that's potential and goes from blue/rare -> purple/epic -> yellow/unique -> green/legendary
Hey, I'm very new to Maplestory. While I did watch the video, I have a quesiton: At what level should I start doing side stuff like monster park or whatever? Or can I just ignore it as I level. I'm still level 95.
Not sure If you're still checking comments on this vid. Do you have any insight on when it is worth it to start using cubes? Should I be cubing utgard/pens stuff? Or wait till higher? I'm on reboot if it makes a difference.
Cubing both up to epic with mystical cubes to eventually transfer at least the hat and overalls to CRA is what I'd recommend. Past that not so much, because it will be replaced once you get stronger, and it doesn't take TOO too long to start upgrading beyond pensalir. Higher tier cubes past epic would be better spent on emblem/secondary if those aren't unique/legendary yet, same with pottable rings
For years in Commerci, there was a quirk to transposing that let people transfer the boss flames onto sweetwater equipment, which could not get boss flames. Many thought this was a feature with how well known it was amongst the community, but then Nexon suddenly removed it earlier this year, saying it was a bug. Those that already transposed their flames still kept them to this day, leaving them as a FOMO/legacy item. Transposing is still a good viable mid-game option as the main point of transposing still remains, which is transferring the stats from a 16 star item onto a Sweetwater down to 15 stars, so it gains a little extra stats, essentially a free star. It also is a higher item tier, meaning potential lines on them are bigger too!
While it's not impossible to do lucid/will without abso, you don't have many options outside of Akechi/Ranmaru, Sweetwater, and Pensalir gear to work with. You'd need to be getting them fairly high in potential/star force, expect a way longer fight, and on top of that having to do both for a while to grind out their respective droplets for the arcanes. Or if you have a party to fight them with it should lessen a bunch of this too, regardless of what specific gear you have! Just enough to contribute as of the new boss 5% threshold changes this patch
I have an issue, i started my hyper burn character yesterday and i'm about to get to 200 but the burning event is over and i couldnt claim the armor set they give you and now i'm lacking a lot of dmge. Is becoming hard to get mesos or better items. What should i do?
You'll at least keep the extra 2 levels per level until November, but as for the other stuff: Ursus for mesos! Daily bosses helps too for both some mid-way items and mesos through the boss crystals, you could get some attack buffs through a guild or legion and atmospherics people cast in towns sometimes, and faming people on 250/275 chair once a day gives a 30 minute attack buff. You could also try star forcing a little bit, at least up to 10 stars (12 if you can afford it) and cubing with mystical cubes that drop from pollo/fritto/especia/inferno wolf portals, elite mobs/elite bosses, and some other daily bosses for cheap quick and easy potential lines. Link skills and beefing up legion even with just level 70 characters might help a bit too if you're absolutely in need of more damage!
I actually made a text version of this video upon someone else asking for one a little while ago! docs.google.com/document/d/1EQaNxNQHmvFj4vy2exxfx-P93Q41DR_jdp8b8kNK668
If i have 3 cra 5 abso and i get arcane weapon, can i immediately equip and break 5 abso set or do i wait till i can fully replace abso gear all at once (would take muuuch longer for me to do that tho)
I'd say you can comfortably scrap a 5-set abso if you get an arcane weapon! All you'd be losing is 30 attack 10% boss from the 5 set bonus, but gaining 10% IED and a ton more attack/main stats from the arcane weapon. (if it's scrolled/flamed/cubed well enough, that helps a lot too)
I just got my first 20 star equipment and I was wondering if its worth it going for 25 stars at some point? Most youtubers ive seen talking about sf seem to stop at 22 stars. Is it because its too hard to get 25 stars or just that the gains relative to money spent and the time until new better gear comes along that its just not worth it?
Some people on reg servers aim for above 22* with the one p2w scroll that comes around very rarely, but otherwise yeah anything 23* or higher is vastly unnecessary and moreso just for the flex than anything else
It's a system part of the Commerci area! Transposing moves over an extra star onto a Sweetwater item from other boss drops, like Dominator -> Sweetwater Pendant, Papulatus Mark -> Monocle, etc. while being one star less (16 -> 15, overall stronger). I can only explain it so much in a comment, but there are various other resources online that go more in-depth about it.

All the guides say "build up so you can kill the bosses to make money" I currently have nearly full absolab, all link skills, and decent legion and can't beat a boss that pays more than 10mil a week... So by next year I can buy something nice to progress to the next step 😅😅😅
Good tips mate for newer players. You make interesting videos to watch, keep it up
Best Maplestory content for sure! Insane quality for such a small creator.
Phantom guide next? 🥺🙏
I get on 1-2 times a year for a couples weeks at most before getting lost again and stopping lol basically just end up leveling alts
Something people overlook in any game seems to be abbreviations. It just seems to go over peoples heads when theyre talking to new players.
Amazing guide❤
Finallllylyyylyllylylyl6 no one explains this. No idea how long I was searching for something like this thank you!
FYI, at 15:35 you say Arcane Umbra weapon gets a higher potential tier than Abso, but the captions says same potential tier.
That's why the asterisk(*) is there! I said it wrong and didn't catch the mistake until the video was already uploaded and had people point it out to me, so I did what I could making a correction in the captions
honestly thank you i've been wondering if people go from fafnir to abso but good to know you can just stick with fafnir until later
Are the shields really better than secondaries? And is that at every stage of the game?
Woops, I should have checked up on that; I omitted them thinking they'd be unavailable after evo lab was gone. Thank you for the clarification! 💜
@@Feanor1988bis Shields are always better. They get the same potential, shield just also gets starforce. If you can use a shield, use a shield.
This needs to be in a google doc lmao. Thnaks for the info, my guy!
just finding this in 2024. nice vid
amazing explain !
Question about BIS rings, you said reinforce ring why is that instead of kanna treasure whihc is replaced bt ET? 7:10
Kanna Treasure's base stats give 5 all stats and 1 attack, whereas Reinforced Gollux base stats give 8 all stats and 5 attack!
extremely helpful
1:54 I DIED LMAOOOO, that shit was clever asf
I thought Nexon got rid of Commerci Transposing.
Transposing the flames was removed, but not transposing the star force stats of certain 16 star items onto sweetwater!
2. Killing normal lotus and Damien weekly ( you’ll need at LEAST 5-6 million combat power to solo, 1-2 mill to contribute to a party) they drop 1-4 items that lets you trade both them and the haven/DWT items for coins which can be used in the DWT/haven towns to buy absolab equipment by talking to NPCs there
Anything about ROR rings? Is what you said the BIS for rings?
I left out Oz rings from this mainly because I wanted to focus on general gear people want to aim for, also because I didn't understand them completely at the time.
They're very good! The go-to amazing ones are obviously Ring of Restraint like you said, and others like Weapon Jump and Continuous etc. They're a very situational item (usually for burst) and most of them also aren't too terribly useful outside of bosses
Thank you for this, it’s invaluable information for returning and new players. Do you have a written version of this for easy referencing?
Thank you! And sure, threw this together for you since I mostly had this all written down already. Here you go!

great content!!! more uploads!!! more
could it be?? yep, thats another banger video.
Yo pretty good vid!
Couldnt be me coming back literally every day to make sure im on the right track
Is there an explanation for Two-handed staff versus wand + shield for F/P mage?
As an F/P you'd want both a staff AND shield, since you can use a shield with both staff and wand.
Also staff has more magic attack and att speed doesn't effect spell speed for most mage skills nowadays, so a slow staff vs a fast wand doesn't really matter
What would be BIS items that a main 235 character should have? I want to understand what I should aim for.
I ve seen people having full set of absolab. Others having combination of full set root bays and 4 components of absolab. What would be the best comb at this level?
Dam no mention of Cygnus equips? I've been using that set for years on my f/p
For totems. what about the one you get from Shaolin Temple? The Nine-Tailed Fox Totem
I genuinely forgot that was still available honestly.
It's a good totem on it's own! The afterlands ones outclass it by a fair bit, but the floaty little fox effect is awesome.
@@Decatei I love the floating fox affect, i have it on two of my characters >.
Pensalir/sweetwater weapon optional but gives decent stats -> boss set & CRA -> AbsoLab -> Arcane & pitched boss
hella useful ty
Great guide! Also side question, what is the song for the outro?
MapleStory 2 - Spring in Kritias! 💜
@@Decatei ohh, i didnt knew they are about to be removed.
Thats a fair point!
So idk if I'm doing something wrong but Pensalir to CRA gear feels like such a monumental leap to reach. I took a lot of time off my main to get to ~4.2k legion and all the good lvl 2 links but I just can't seem to reach the damage needed to beat any of the bosses.
Edit: no clue if anyone would bother to respond but figured id mention im NA Reboot
what class are you and what level are your nodes my brother maybe i can help you out and what level are you?
You can also get star potions from the vendor after your normal RA runs for extra juice!
Where do superior items (Tyrant belt, cape, gloves, boots) lie in the progression?
great guide
Are you a HY main?.
Would love a guide on that haha.
I'd say it mostly boils down to the boss and how well you understand their mechanics, mixed with their map-wide attacks etc.
thx man, im new to the game and was very lost is a lot of stuff fkn overwhelming xd
Any update on badges or are the ones shown in the video still the best?
No new updates on badges since this video came out, so yes it's still accurate!
Yeah! Take advantage of the temporary CRA while you can, and at the least get the real deal/start working on them for when the temporary goes away
for the burning event lvl220 box, should i choose the absolab weapon or dominator pendant?
It depends if you want a nice chunk of damage for a little while early on, vs if you have easy access to harder bosses through consistent boss parties.
The dominator will be used for a little while longer if you don't get lucky from running normal Arkarium daily. The AbsoLab weapon is nice and useful for getting bosses back up to lotus and damien, and makes fighting them earlier a little more comfortable.
Both eventually get replaced, but Abso is the biggest immediate damage upgrade if you have neither as the real deal quite yet
@@Decatei gotchu, thank you for answering
please give a class guide on dual blade!
As a returning player, thank you so much! Canadian Sub

Do we know the ranking cor the equipment text colour?
From worst to best, it goes gray -> white -> blue -> purple -> orange/yellowish -> green -> magenta/hot pink! This color glows around the actual equipment too, and the item color goes up corresponding with the flame, and how much you scrolled/enhanced it. I'm not sure if they have specific tier names.
If you're meaning the outline around the equips in a square, that's potential and goes from blue/rare -> purple/epic -> yellow/unique -> green/legendary
@@Decatei perfect! It's good to have another confirm my thoughts. Online sources are lacking on this one. Thanks :)
That Kaling solo footage 😳
Hey, I'm very new to Maplestory. While I did watch the video, I have a quesiton: At what level should I start doing side stuff like monster park or whatever? Or can I just ignore it as I level. I'm still level 95.
Honestly from the very get-go at level 105 it's worth doing! Free exp and coins used for really good items/consumables
For other side content it can largely be avoided and ignored, none of it is really mandatory and you can revisit most of it at any time too
Not sure If you're still checking comments on this vid.
I have a question please. What's the transpose nerf and sweetwater pendant transpose is still viable?
@@Decatei Nexon with FOMO always. Thanks, then in go ro sw

I/L PLEASE!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
oh wait, this is my comment lol
anyways, my I/L is lvl 253 now and the dmg is really not idea, I just started chaos Pierre and finds it difficult. I need some advice on it
Do you think I can skip abso and go straight for arcane? Or is power boost from abso needed to take on lucid/will
While it's not impossible to do lucid/will without abso, you don't have many options outside of Akechi/Ranmaru, Sweetwater, and Pensalir gear to work with.
Black heart is timed though so I would ignore it because of the drop rate being soooo low.
Also I mean lotus' black heart not the pet.
Is the alien gear good til superior items? I have the pendant, belt, and earrings
Alien gear is still good if you have it! I didn't mention it because of it's removal earlier this year
I have an issue, i started my hyper burn character yesterday and i'm about to get to 200 but the burning event is over and i couldnt claim the armor set they give you and now i'm lacking a lot of dmge.
Thanks for the fast answer, ill give it a try to each tips that you gave me!!!

(if it's scrolled/flamed/cubed well enough, that helps a lot too)
@@Decatei thanks will def be using it. Havent invested a lot in abso so i think its gonna be a good upgrade 😂
22 -> 23 has a 3% pass rate with a ~20% boom rate. Starforcing to 23 is mostly a meme
@@ahduhm oh wow, imagine having a 25 star equip then 😅
Some people on reg servers aim for above 22* with the one p2w scroll that comes around very rarely, but otherwise yeah anything 23* or higher is vastly unnecessary and moreso just for the flex than anything else

What does it mean to transpose an item onto another item?
It's a system part of the Commerci area! Transposing moves over an extra star onto a Sweetwater item from other boss drops, like Dominator -> Sweetwater Pendant, Papulatus Mark -> Monocle, etc. while being one star less (16 -> 15, overall stronger).
I can only explain it so much in a comment, but there are various other resources online that go more in-depth about it.
