- With #snowday releasing a while ago, I thought it'd be fun to look back at the #southpark trilogy made by Matt Stone and Trey Parker and explain why I think these games are the prime example for how to adapt a Tv show into a video game!

you've sold me on not only the south park games, but also the show. Amazing video, and one that genuinely shows the power of passion behind any piece of media. The first two games aren't tie-in games set in the south park universe, this is the south park creators deciding to paint their creation with a different form of media and it *shows*

I have so much love for TSOT and TFBW, and I was genuinely dissapointed by how far Snow Day fell. Amazing video, you touch on a lot of the little things that help to really sell the first two games that a lot of people might not pick up on. TSOT I'd argue does the best job of fully emulating the show due to just how much it doesn't give one single fuck with what it shows. TFBW still does an amazing job of it while also ironing out damn near every shortcoming of the first game. I'm genuinely hyped to replay TFBW after watching this and it's reminded me just how much passion was put into these games. I think Peak Adaptations is the best way to put it, really. They, as you mention a lot in this video, really do pull you right into an episode of the show and it's incredible. Thanks so much for giving these games the praise and attention they deserve!
